Château Segonzac 2020 Vieilles Vignes
French Red
Black fruit and vanilla oak sit within a broad, round profile with aromatic richness and a slight sweetness. This red comes from the Blaye-Côtes de Bordeaux appellation. The Vieilles Vignes cuvée draws on older vines, while the estate's clay-limestone subsoil lies over a thick limestone platform. The vineyard carries certified organic status. Red plantings include Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Malbec, Cabernet Franc and Petit Verdot.

Portuguese Fortified
Blackberry and blueberry aromas are joined by mint. The substantial mouthfeel carries black-forest fruit, fleshy black plum, peppery tannins and fine acidity, with tobacco and tea in a long, dry finish. Grapes come from Quinta do Bomfim and Quinta da Senhora da Ribeira and are trodden in modern lagares. The blend includes Touriga Franca, Touriga Nacional, Sousão, Tinta Barroca and Tinta Roriz.
Muga 2022 Rosado
Spanish Rosé
Pale rose-pink colour accompanies peach, strawberry and white blossom. The palate has integrated acidity, volume and balanced fruit, followed by a very long finish and an aftertaste of stone fruit and citrus. Garnacha and Viura come from calcareous-clay and ferrous-clay soils. After five hours of light press maceration, fermentation lasts fifteen to twenty days, followed by sixteen weeks on fine lees.
Terre Magre 2021 Refosco dal Peduncolo Rosso
Italian Red
Dark ruby colour carries a slight purple tinge. Blackberry, cassis and dark pepper follow earthy beet notes. The palate has medium weight, grippy tannins and a broad finish. Made from Refosco dal Peduncolo Rosso, the wine comes from Friuli. Fermentation on skins lasts fifteen to twenty days at controlled temperature, followed by malolactic fermentation in stainless steel and ageing in tonneaux until spring.
Domaine de L’Agramante 2021 M’Arricriu Côtes du Rhône
French Red
Red cherry, wild strawberry and plum meet dried herbs, liquorice, black pepper and violets. The medium-bodied palate is bright and vibrant, with red and black fruit, fresh acidity, fine tannins and a lightly rustic character. The blend combines Grenache, Cinsault, Syrah and Counoise from sandy and silty terraces near Sabran. Grapes are hand harvested, fully destemmed, fermented and matured in tank.
Seven Stones 2022 Pebble Beach Rosé
Canadian Rosé
Made entirely from Pinot Noir, this dry rosé is medium-bodied and unoaked. The wine comes from the Similkameen Valley in British Columbia, Canada, and carries 13.8 percent alcohol. A screwcap closes the bottle. Harvest in Cawston began two weeks later than usual after a slow, cool start to the growing season. The winery's aromatic whites and rosés from that season show bright, mineral-driven profiles with above-average fruit intensity.
Cala Civetta 2020 Vermentino di Toscana
Italian White
Deep, bright straw-yellow colour accompanies floral and fruit aromas with mineral shades. The palate is fresh and savoury, carrying citrus and other fruit through a persistent finish. The blend is ninety percent Vermentino and ten percent Viognier. Fermentation takes place at no more than sixteen degrees, without malolactic fermentation, before three months in stainless steel on fine lees.
Domaine Ménard-Gaborit 2020 Ex Nihilo
French White
Melon de Bourgogne and Folle Blanche are among four varieties in the blend. Citrus flavours, minerality and taut acidity give the wine a lively, tight profile. Sauvignon also appears in the cuvée's established composition. This dry white is classified as Vin de France, comes from the Nantes vineyard area in Loire-Atlantique and carries twelve percent alcohol. The profile also includes fresh fruit and aromatic richness.
Titular 2019 Dão Tinto
Portuguese Red
Manual harvesting is followed by fermentation in vat. The red blend brings together Touriga Nacional, Alfrocheiro, Jaen and Tinta Roriz. Its colour is youthful, balanced and bright, with red-fruit aromas and tannins in the profile. The wine comes from Portugal's Dão designation and carries thirteen percent alcohol. Manuel Vieira is the named winemaker for the cuvée.
Haywire 2020 Pinot Noir
Canadian Red
Morello cherry, raspberry and rhubarb appear with dried thyme, cranberry acidity and savoury spice. The palate is juicy, with fine sticky tannins and texture from concrete. Pinot Noir came from four Okanagan sites in Kelowna, Naramata, Summerland and Oliver. Thirty percent whole clusters underwent native fermentation in concrete and large neutral oak, followed by ten months of rest before bottling without fining or filtration.
Gorgo 2022 San Michelin Custoza
Italian White
Apple, citrus, melon and white flowers appear in a dry, light-bodied profile with present acidity and a delicate mouthfeel. The blend contains forty percent Garganega, thirty-five percent Cortese and twenty-five percent Trebbiano. Grown organically, the wine comes from Veneto's Bianco di Custoza designation. The style is fresh, fruity, savoury and slightly aromatic, with mature fruit, citrus and a soft, full palate.
Nathalie Fauvin 2019 Chénas Cuvée Séléné
French Red
Blackberry, redcurrant, blueberry and floral notes appear with cedar, pepper, laurel and vanilla. The palate is intense and silky. Made entirely from Gamay, the wine comes from Chénas in Beaujolais. Thirty percent receives partial barrel ageing, while stainless-steel tank is also used. The cuvée combines wines selected from three other estate bottlings and was created for the grower's daughter.
Don Domenico 2021 Chis Chardonnay Reserva
Argentinian White
Mango, guava, kiwi and pear lead a fresh, clean profile with a mineral underside. Apple, citrus fruit, orange blossom and honey are also present, with oak ageing adding complexity. Chardonnay grows in old overhead pergolas in the Zonda Valley. The wine comes from San Juan, Argentina, and carries thirteen percent alcohol, 5.58 grams per litre of total acidity and 2.5 grams per litre of residual sugar.
Incipit 2018 D’Or et de Pierres
French Red
Made from Gamay, this red wine comes from Beaujolais. The grower established his project in the Pierres Dorées area south of the region. The small vineyard is worked without mechanized equipment, and a grelinette is used around the vines. Its parcels include sand, clay-limestone and golden-stone soils. Harvesting is done by hand in small crates, while pressing, bottling, corking, labelling and waxing are also completed manually.
Incipit 2018 La Grelinette Fûtée
French Red
Black fruit and spice appear with sour cherry and dried fig. The palate is rustic, pure and balanced, with fresh acidity and firmness in the finish. Made from Gamay, the wine comes from Beaujolais. The grower began the project near Theizé. Vineyard work avoids motorized machinery, using a grelinette around the vines, and the grapes are harvested by hand in small crates.

Portuguese White
Elegant fruit aromas appear with soft acidity, freshness and breadth. The blend contains fifty percent Bical, twenty-five percent Cercial and twenty-five percent Sercialinho. Hand-picked grapes grow in sandy soils. Juice from suction pressing matures in stainless steel. The name Vinhas Velhas refers to old vines. This dry, medium-bodied white comes from Portugal's Beiras region and carries 12.5 percent alcohol.

Canadian Rosé
Medium fluorescent pink colour accompanies bright red cherry, strawberry and watermelon. The bone-dry palate is zesty and concentrated, with a creamy texture and cranberry acidity. Pinot Noir from Garnet Valley received three hours of skin contact. The crop yielded two tons per acre. The wine comes from Summerland Bench in the Okanagan Valley, with freshness throughout and a hint of smoke in the finish.

Spanish Red
Red and black fruit aromas appear with balsamic notes and Mediterranean herbs. The palate is delicate and elegant, with spicy flavours, cinnamon and vanilla. This red wine comes from Murcia and carries 14.5 percent alcohol. The blend combines Monastrell and Cabernet Sauvignon. Maturation includes at least twelve months in oak and then at least twelve months in stainless steel.

The colour is ruby with violet highlights. Small forest berries, wild strawberry and peony appear in the aroma. The palate is fruity and velvety, with crunchy tannins and a dry profile. Made from Gamay, this red wine comes from the Saint-Amour appellation in Beaujolais and carries fourteen percent alcohol. The family winegrowing history in Theizé dates to 1881.
Bodegas Olarra 2023 Añares Rioja Rosado
Spanish Rosé
Pale pink colour shows salmon hues and a bright appearance. Floral and fruit aromas accompany freshness, gentle acidity, lightness and persistence. The blend uses Tempranillo, Tempranillo Blanco, Mazuelo and Viura. Red Tempranillo receives a short maceration before the juice is drawn off, while Tempranillo Blanco and Mazuelo are pressed directly. Fermentation runs between fifteen and eighteen degrees Celsius, followed by several months on lees with periodic bâtonnage.
The Show 2021 Cabernet Sauvignon
American Red
Black cherry, plum and currant aromas appear with cedar. Dark fruit and spice continue on the palate with rich flavour. Tannins are integrated and soft, accompanied by balance and unusual length. Vanilla, mocha, chocolate and black pepper add further depth. The finish is smooth and lingering. Made from Cabernet Sauvignon, the wine comes from California and carries 13.8 percent alcohol.
Novaripa 2022 Monatic Abruzzo Pecorino
Italian White
Ripe white peach and almond appear with downy lees notes. The brief, plump palate ends with a snappy, sour white-grapefruit finish. Pecorino grows in sand and clay at 200 metres above sea level. The grapes receive six hours of skin contact before pressing into stainless steel, where the wine remains with bâtonnage until bottling. A small amount of residual sugar is present.
Novaripa 2018 Monatic Dark Montepulciano d’Abruzzo
Italian Red
Extremely dark colour shows purple glints. Concentrated black fruit appears with a vegetal note, while the palate has a solid, slightly firm tannic structure. Pressed plum, blackcurrant, cherry jam and milk chocolate are also present. Made entirely from Montepulciano, the wine spent one year in a combination of stainless steel and oak. The vineyards sit around 250 metres above sea level.
Mayhem Wines 2024 International Blend Sauvignon Blanc
White
Gooseberry, lemongrass, lime, grapefruit, green pepper and passion fruit appear in a vibrant, zippy profile. The wine is nearly medium-bodied with subtle texture. Sauvignon Blanc came from Rosebud and Talcott vineyards in Washington's Wahluke Slope. Fermentation took place in stainless steel, followed by four months in a combination of eighty-nine percent stainless steel and eleven percent seasoned barriques. The finished wine is bone dry.

Rosé
Vivid pink colour accompanies white chocolate, strawberry, cherry, watermelon and chamomile blossom. The palate is juicy and balanced, with ripe berry flavours, floral lift, tart refreshing acidity and a lingering soft finish. Pinot Noir fruit came from the Willamette Valley in Oregon through a partnership with growers there. The dry, light-bodied style also carries raspberry and citrus notes. The wine was crafted in British Columbia.

Bright, crunchy cranberry appears with funky, savoury mushroom. The Pinot Noir fruit came from the Similkameen Valley in British Columbia. The small project was officially launched that year, following its first wines made under another winery's licence. Its founding approach centred on natural wine from organically and biodynamically farmed grapes sourced within British Columbia. The label's guiding principles included supporting local organic growers, natural fermentation and small-batch production.
Château du Coing de Saint-Fiacre 2023 Muscadet Sèvre et Maine Sur Lie
French White
Light gold colour accompanies green apple and white peach aromas. Citrus fruit, white flowers and apricot appear on a full-bodied palate with crisp acidity and gentle minerality. Time on the lees adds textural richness. Melon de Bourgogne grows on south-facing slopes where the Sèvre and Maine rivers meet, over gneiss and schist soils. The fruit comes from fifty hectares of Guyot-trained vines.

Canadian Red
Black cherry, cinnamon, blackberry and sweet tobacco appear with lavender, violet and a subtle blueberry-pie note. The palate is mouth-filling, with naturally balanced acidity, structured yet approachable tannins and toasty oak. The blend contains sixty-nine percent Cabernet Sauvignon, fifteen percent Malbec, ten percent Petit Verdot, three percent Carménère and three percent Cabernet Franc. Fruit came from Osoyoos East Bench vineyards, and thirty-one percent of the French oak was new. The wine is vegan.
Mayhem Wines 2024 Pinot Gris
White
Ripe peach and pineapple aromas accompany green apple, lime zest and citrus fruit. The palate is crisp and bright, with energetic acidity, softness and a long finish. Pinot Gris came from Ancient Lakes Vineyard in Washington State. The juice fermented for eight weeks in stainless steel; nineteen percent completed fermentation in seasoned puncheons. The wine then spent four months on fine lees before blending and bottling. Alcohol is 13 percent.
Cave de Chautagne 2022 Gamay Vieilles Vignes
French Red
Dense, dark colour accompanies cassis, blackberry and raspberry with leather, flint, animal and mineral notes. The palate is relatively full-bodied and well structured, with fine, integrated tannins, richness and persistence. Made entirely from Gamay, the wine comes from selected old-vine parcels in Chautagne. The fruit grows on sandstone-molasse slopes at low yields in Ruffieux. The vineyards are in Savoie.
