Anthony Buchanan 2024 Chenin Blanc
White
Freshly picked apple, hay, pear and lemon-lime zest appear with a mineral undertone. The fruit comes from old, certified-organic Chenin vines. It was direct pressed in Washington, settled overnight and transferred in sealed tanks. Fermentation took place partly in a 1,000-litre cask and partly in concrete. The wine has low alcohol and high acidity.
Château du Cèdre 2022 Juvéniles Cahors
French Red
Dark red colour with violet reflections accompanies blueberry, cassis, liquorice, violet and cherry stone. The palate is supple, juicy and fresh, with crisp tannins and a cherry-stone finish. Made entirely from Malbec, the wine undergoes one week of maceration without winemaking additives and spends eighteen months in concrete tanks. It carries 12.5 percent alcohol and comes from organically farmed vineyards.
Sage Hayward Vineyards 2022 Pinot Gris

Pinot Gris comes from sloping fields at a Saturna Island estate in British Columbia's Gulf Islands. The vineyard has a rich clay base infused with ancient marine sediment. Farming is sustainable and holistic, and the winemaking follows traditional techniques. The estate works to produce wines with a distinct sense of place from its Gulf Islands site. Max Legris serves as viticulturist and winemaker.
Wesbert Winery 2022 Pinot Gris
Canadian White
Delicate notes of green apple and Bartlett pear appear together with subtle aromas of lemon and lime. Bright acidity accompanies a lingering pear finish. Juicy, spirited fruit is plentiful, and a stony undertone adds fine complexity to an elastic, lengthened palate. The Pinot Gris comes from the Okanagan Valley in British Columbia. The wine is light and refreshing.
Telmo Rodríguez 2016 Gaba do Xil Mencía
Spanish Red
Red fruit appears with floral notes, herbs and sweet spice. Fine-grained tannins and acidity accompany depth, persistence and fluidity. Forest floor, bay leaf and nettle add further herbal character, while earth and cherry appear on the finish. The wine remained completely unoaked before bottling. It comes from Valdeorras and uses Mencía as its stated grape.
Château Recougne 2021 Bordeaux Supérieur
French Red
Red and black fruit accompany a deep, powerful structure. Silky tannins appear with freshness and light acidity. Merlot accounts for seventy-eight percent of the blend, with twelve percent Cabernet Franc and ten percent Cabernet Sauvignon. The estate's three properties hold High Environmental Value Level III certification. The wine is red and carries 13.5 percent alcohol.

Rose-gold colour and persistent mousse accompany red berries, white peach, nectarine, redcurrant and raspberry. The palate has a long, creamy finish. Made from Macabeo and Garnacha grown in single-estate organic vineyards in Spain, the wine is dealcoholized to 0.20 percent alcohol and carries 18 grams per litre of residual sugar. The wine is vegan.
Maison Tardieu-Laurent 2022 Les Becs Fins Côtes du Rhône
French Red
Black raspberry, pepper and flowers appear in a medium- to full-bodied profile. The palate is round and lush, with ripe, integrated tannins. Grenache and Syrah together form this red blend. Vinification takes place without added sulphur, and the wine is bottled without filtration. It comes from the Rhône and carries the Côtes du Rhône designation.
Donnafugata 2021 Anthìlia Sicilia DOC
Italian White
Straw-yellow colour accompanies peach, other white-fleshed fruit and wildflowers. The palate is fruity, with sapidity and a persistent finish. Lucido is the predominant grape. Fruit comes from southwestern Sicily and Contessa Entellina. The wine ferments in stainless steel at 14 to 16 degrees Celsius, then spends two months in tank and at least two months in bottle. Alcohol is 12.52 percent.

Golden-yellow colour with old-gold highlights accompanies pear, quince, lime and pink grapefruit. Saline mineral character appears with toast, hazelnut, vanilla, nutmeg, smoke, honey and dried flowers. The palate is broad and full-bodied, with a silky, creamy texture, vibrant acidity, brioche and a long mineral finish. Made entirely from Chardonnay, the wine carries 14.5 percent alcohol.
Aquinas 2020 North Coast Cabernet Sauvignon
American Red
Juicy fruit and savoury notes form the profile. The palate has depth, good structure and lush, rounded tannins. The Cabernet Sauvignon comes from California's North Coast, which includes Napa, Sonoma and Mendocino counties. Pauli Ranch in Mendocino and Oak Meadows Vineyard in Sonoma are among the named sites for Aquinas wines. Alec McTaggart is the winemaker.
Monte Creek 2022 Living Land Pinot Noir

Red cherry, rose petal, forest floor, leaf litter and vanilla appear with fine, rounded tannins and lively acidity. Dried herbs and white pepper are also present. Pinot Noir fruit comes from Keremeos, Lion's Head and Monte Creek vineyards. The wine spends ten months in French-oak barriques, and fifteen percent of the barrels are new. Alcohol is 13 percent.
Manos Negras 2023 Malbec
Argentinian Red
Dark cherries, violets and floral notes form a medium-bodied profile. The wine is made entirely from Malbec grown in the southern Uco Valley, where soils combine sand, silt, stones and limestone. The grapes are destemmed and ferment for ten days in stainless steel at no more than 27 degrees Celsius. Six months in used French oak are part of the cellar work. Vibrant acidity and a soft texture are present.
Albert Bichot 2024 Coteaux Bourguignons
French Red
Cherry and redcurrant accompany liquorice and rose petal. The palate is full, with tannins and toast. Pinot Noir and Gamay come from clay-limestone sites. The grapes undergo sixteen to eighteen days of maceration in temperature-controlled stainless steel. Eighty-five to ninety percent of the wine matures in tank, while ten to fifteen percent matures in oak, for nine to eleven months.
Tiberio 2023 Cerasuolo d’Abruzzo
Italian Rosé
Deep, sparkling red-pink colour accompanies small red berries, pomegranate and red cherry. Bright fruit and acidity are balanced in a clean, crisp profile with a floral finish. Made entirely from Montepulciano d'Abruzzo, the fruit comes from estate vineyards in Cugnoli. It is hand-harvested, destemmed and fermented from free-run juice in temperature-controlled stainless steel with indigenous yeasts. Malolactic fermentation is avoided, and the wine ages in bottle.
Aroa 2018 Le Naturel Blanco Navarra
Spanish White
Intense straw-yellow colour with green and light golden hues accompanies tropical fruit, ripe pip fruit, citrus, mineral notes and white flowers. The palate combines persistent acidity, creaminess, a sweet background, light bitterness and a persistent finish. Garnacha Blanca and other varieties are grown organically on calcareous clay soils. The grapes are hand-harvested, pressed gently and fermented with natural yeasts below 16 degrees Celsius. Alcohol is 13.5 percent.
Arrowleaf 2018 Summerstorm Sparkling Rosé
Canadian Sparkling
Strawberry, rhubarb and pink grapefruit appear with a touch of sweetness, followed by a clean, dry finish. Made from Zweigelt grown in the estate vineyard, the grapes are whole-cluster pressed to retain only a small amount of colour. The base wine ages in neutral-oak puncheons before secondary fermentation in a sealed Charmat tank, producing fine bubbles and a fruit-forward profile.
Astrolabe 2024 Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc
New Zealand White
Fruit came from the Awatere Valley, Southern Valleys, Kēkerengū Coast and Wairau Valley. Free-draining stony and silty loam includes some clay or limestone. The fruit was machine-harvested in cool evening conditions, destemmed and lightly pressed with minimal skin contact. Clear, cold-settled juice fermented at low temperature in stainless steel with neutral yeasts. Alcohol is 13.5 percent, and bottling took place on June 4.

Honey and jasmine aromas accompany orange blossom. The slightly off-dry palate brings nectarine and peach. A long finish has pineapple, apricot and mineral character. The Riesling comes from the Similkameen Valley in British Columbia. The wine is certified organic under PACS 16-227 and carries 12.5 percent alcohol. It suits chicken, crab, spicy foods and soft cheese.

Ripe plums, wild blackberries, savoury spices and a hint of toasty oak form the bouquet. The palate combines red fruit and liquorice with soft, fine tannins. Silky texture and juicy acidity bring freshness before a lingering finish. Violets and wild red flowers are also present. This medium-bodied Pinot Noir comes from Marlborough, New Zealand, and carries 13.5 percent alcohol.

Cantine Losito 2019 Falanghina Puglia IGP
Italian White
Golden yellow colour accompanies pear, apricot, hay and honey. Bread-crust aromas appear after ageing on the lees, alongside an elegant, complex palate. Made from Falanghina grown in Terre del Gargano, this certified-organic Puglia IGP white ferments for thirty days at 16 degrees Celsius and spends six months on its lees before bottling. Alcohol is 13 percent.
Pentage 2024 Sauvignon Blanc
White
Tropical fruit, grapefruit and bright citrus lead the profile. The palate is fresh and fruit-driven, with tropical and citrus flavours over gentle acidity. Fermented entirely in stainless steel, the wine is crisp and zesty with a clean finish. The Sauvignon Blanc fruit was grown in the United States, and the wine was crafted in British Columbia. Alcohol is 12 percent.
Niepoort 2018 Rótulo Touriga Nacional Dão
Portuguese Red
Wild fruit and violet form an expressive, delicate bouquet. The palate has good structure, mineral character and fine tannins, and the finish is fresh and persistent. This red is made from Touriga Nacional and carries 13 percent alcohol. The Dão vineyards lie on granite terroir at the foot of the Serra da Estrela. The style is fresh and light, with pronounced acidity.
Schug 2014 Carneros Chardonnay 375 mL
American White
Pale straw colour accompanies apple, citrus, mallow, butterscotch and vanilla. The body is light and bright. Fruit comes from the estate, Wildcat Mountain, Sangiacomo Tallgrass, Leveroni, Ricci and Iund vineyards, with 91 percent from Carneros and nine percent from Sonoma Valley. The wine was fully barrel-fermented and aged on its lees for eight months in French Allier oak, 21 percent new.
Federici 2024 Le Coste Vermentino Lazio IGT
Italian White
Pale straw colour with golden highlights appears alongside white flowers, jasmine, exotic fruit and aromatic herbs. The palate is fresh, soft and savoury, with a touch of almond. Made entirely from Vermentino grown near Zagarolo on tuffaceous soils, the grapes are pressed gently and fermented at low temperature. The wine spends six months in stainless steel on fine lees, with weekly bâtonnage, and carries 13 percent alcohol.
Bordertown 2018 Living Desert Red
Canadian Red
The profile includes plum, fig, coffee, dark chocolate, black cherry and blackcurrant. Decanting is recommended. This concentrated red combines 28 percent Syrah, 22 percent Cabernet Franc, 22 percent Malbec, 12 percent Petit Verdot, nine percent Merlot and seven percent Cabernet Sauvignon. The fruit comes from estate vineyards in the Osoyoos region of the Okanagan Valley.
Schug 2012 Sonoma Coast Pinot Noir
American Red
Raspberry, strawberry and red cherry appear with spice and a light smoky oak note. Mouthwatering acidity is present. The cuvée is made entirely from Pinot Noir grown in the cool Sonoma Coast, including selected vineyards in western Carneros and the Petaluma Gap. Large neutral oak casks and older French barrels are used, with restrained new-oak flavour and lively acidity through the finish.

Blackberry and blueberry meet spicy and floral notes in a deep red wine with purple tones. The palate has good structure, soft tannins and fruit supported by rosemary, thyme and dried flowers. The finish is fresh, complex and persistent. Fruit comes from Vista Flores, Gualtallary and Altamira, and the wine spends twelve months in French oak, one-third of it new. Alcohol is 14.5 percent.

Fine, persistent bubbles rise through a pale-yellow colour. The bouquet combines Chenin freshness, Chardonnay flowers and Cabernet Franc fruit. A lively entry opens into a round structure with white-flower flavours, followed by a long finish of juicy pear and peach. The grapes are pressed gently and fermented cool. A second fermentation takes place in bottle, and the wine ages on its lees for at least twelve months in tuffeau cellars.
