Bench 1775 2021 Chill White Blend

Chardonnay, Gewürztraminer and Riesling form an off-dry white blend drawn entirely from Naramata vineyards. Bright tropical-fruit aromas meet fresh citrus and a light sweetness. The vines grow in silty-loam soils and were fifteen to eighteen years old at harvest. The wine carries 13.1 percent alcohol and pairs readily with fresh British Columbia produce, seafood, dim sum, ramen, spicy curry or barbecue chicken.

About Bench 1775
Bench 1775 takes its name from its Naramata Road address, overlooking the southern shore of Okanagan Lake. Paradise Ranch Wines bought the former Soaring Eagle winery in 2011 and relaunched it under the new name.
The winery farms ten vineyards across the Okanagan and Similkameen valleys, selecting varieties and rootstocks for each site’s soil and climate. The team tends the vine canopies by hand.
