Ouzo

Anise from Lisvorio leads the aroma, joined by aromatic herbs from Lesvos and a light mastic note from Chios. Seeds, herbs and plants are slowly distilled in traditional copper pots before the spirit is softened with water. The result is smooth and mellow, with clear anise character, layered herbal fragrance and a gently rounded finish.
