Pink grapefruit, strawberry, cranberry and rhubarb meet cinnamon in this off-dry Cabernet Franc rosé. The palate is juicy and bright, with glycerol-lined texture, lively acidity and medium body. A two-day cold soak and gentle pressing draw its medium-pink colour, while cool stainless-steel fermentation preserves freshness. The wine comes from the Okanagan Valley and is well suited to charcuterie or blue cheese.
