Rivera 2018 Scariazzo Fiano Puglia IGT
Italian White
Drawn butter and yellow plum meet warm spice, stone fruit and citrus. White flowers appear alongside a full, mineral profile with good acidity. Made entirely from Fiano grown in Puglia, the wine carries thirteen-and-a-half percent alcohol. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel, with a small portion handled in new barrels. The palate is dry and rounded.
Yannick Alléno & Michel Chapoutier 2016 Côtes du Rhône
French Red
Dark berries, plum, herbs, sweet spice, garrigue and liquorice sit in a balanced profile with tannic finesse and length. The blend contains sixty-five percent Syrah and thirty-five percent Grenache, with fourteen-and-a-half percent alcohol. Pebbly soils lie over sand and marl, and the grapes are harvested by hand. Maturation takes place in concrete tanks for twelve months.

Amber colour with golden tones accompanies honey, fruit, carqueja and eucalyptus aromas. Chardonnay juice from Mendoza’s Uco Valley is blended with verjus and a botanical infusion, then given fine bubbles. The palate opens sweetly and finishes bitter, with caramelized notes, pennyroyal, thyme, chamomile and artemisia. Serve very cold, with lime or ice, as an aperitif.

Spanish Fortified
Pedro Ximénez grapes are sun-dried after harvest to concentrate their natural sugar. The wine ages for twelve years in Jerez de la Frontera. Deep mahogany colour with an iodine-coloured rim accompanies floral, citrus, dried-fruit and spice notes. The palate is very sweet, smooth and velvety, with pleasant acidity and a full, long profile. Alcohol is seventeen percent.
Schloss Reinhartshausen 2015 Rheingau Pinot Noir
German Red
Pinot Noir from Germany’s Rheingau gives a dry red with thirteen-and-a-half percent alcohol. The estate cultivates its own classified vineyards in Erbach, Hattenheim and Kiedrich and does not buy grapes or must. Within the castle-wine range, the style has a medium body, radiant fruit, clarity and depth. The wines are bottled from the historic cellar at Erbach.
Dolin Rouge Vermouth de Chambéry
French Fortified
Bright copper colour accompanies stewed fruit, prune, walnut and herbal notes. Sichuan pepper, almond, citrus, pear and cinnamon sit with gingerbread, tobacco, oregano and hyssop above a subtle bitter base. The recipe uses thirty to forty spices and botanicals and carries sixteen percent alcohol. Serve it over ice as an aperitif or use it in a Negroni or Manhattan.

Its wines mature naturally, with the region’s landscape, climate and soils forming part of the estate’s approach.

Deep ruby colour accompanies very ripe fruit. The palate is fleshy, structured and balanced. The vines grow on clay-silt soils over gravel on the left bank of the Dordogne at Moulon. The cuvée comes from a one-hectare parcel within a sixty-five-hectare property, with vines averaging thirty-five years. Maturation takes place for twelve months in concrete tanks.
Nino Franco Rustico Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore Brut
Italian Sparkling
Bright straw-yellow colour accompanies apple, pear and citrus. The palate is fresh, flavourful and creamy, with fine, persistent bubbles and a savoury note. It is made entirely from Glera grown on high hills in the historic Prosecco area. Fermentation occurs in temperature-controlled steel tanks, followed by a second fermentation in autoclave. Alcohol is eleven percent.
Ovorra 2024 Chardonnay
Chilean White
White peach, citrus blossom and tropical notes accompany a golden colour. Medium-bodied and smooth, the palate has a fresh lift, refined texture and a snap of acidity. The Chardonnay comes from the Casablanca Valley in Chile. Its fruit comes from a distinct vineyard site, farmed by people who work by feel rather than according to a fixed formula.
Noble Ridge 2025 Unoaked Chardonnay
Canadian White
Anjou pear and ripe apple accompany a light-straw colour. Green apple, key lime and a hint of butterscotch sit with a textured, rounded mouthfeel and balanced acidity, followed by mineral character on the finish. The Chardonnay was whole-cluster pressed, fermented in stainless steel without malolactic conversion, and aged on lees. It carries 13.5 percent alcohol and comes from Stony Knoll Vineyard in Okanagan Falls.

French Dessert
Clear, golden and bright in colour, this sweet white shows orchard fruit and vine peach. The palate balances peach sweetness and roundness with the freshness and liveliness of citrus, followed by lychee on the finish. The wine is light and fruity. It belongs to a four-colour range that also includes red, rosé and dry white wines.

Dense purple colour accompanies savoury herbal notes, blackberry, oak spice and a floral element. The dry, full-bodied palate carries mulberry, black cherry and tobacco, with integrated oak and a firm finish. Smoky and tarry notes, dark fruit and a medium-full body are also present. The wine comes from the Okanagan Valley in British Columbia and is made from Syrah.
Gérard Bertrand 2019 Grand Terroir Tautavel
French Red
Grenache makes up seventy-five percent of the blend, with fifteen percent Syrah and ten percent Carignan. One third ages in tank; two thirds mature in barrels, including thirty-three percent new oak. Rose petal, liquorice and potpourri notes sit with black cherry. The palate is medium to full-bodied and open-knit, with a light dusting of tannins on the finish.

Straw-yellow in colour, this fortified wine is dry, crisp, delicate and balanced. It matures beneath a veil of flor and carries fifteen percent alcohol. Made from Palomino in Jerez, it has aromas linked to flor and a spicy, persistent palate. The style is served slightly chilled and suits tapas, cured ham, fish, seafood, mild cheese and nuts.

Italian Rosé
Bright pink-red colour accompanies pink grapefruit, juicy cherries and raspberries, with a faint Muscat-like note. The palate is juicy, fruity and fresh. Made from Negroamaro in Salento, the rosé carries twelve percent alcohol. Before bottling, it rests in stainless steel with its lees. Floral notes of rosehip and wisteria appear with tamarind and a saline mineral character.
Villa Symposia 2015 L’Équilibre Languedoc
French Red
Blackcurrant and blueberry fruit sit with liquorice, dried herbs and a stony mineral character. The profile also includes dense tannins, red and black fruit and a long finish. This red comes from the Languedoc appellation and carries 12.5 percent alcohol. The blend combines Syrah, Carignan and Grenache. The estate identifies L’Équilibre among its named cuvées.
Orofino 2010 Passion Pit Cabernet Sauvignon
Canadian Red
Made entirely from Cabernet Sauvignon, the wine carries rich dark-fruit flavours and fourteen percent alcohol. It spent twenty months in French and American oak. The vineyard sits on the Cawston Bench in the Similkameen Valley beside a former commercial gravel pit. The site has a sunny slope backed by steep granite cliffs, with angular granite rocks and shallow soils.
Synchromesh 2017 Bob Hancock Riesling
Canadian White
From a south-facing 3.5-acre site, self-rooted Riesling vines grow in gravelly clay with calcium carbonate. Lime pulp, lemon verbena, pear, quince, honey, ginger and apricot blossom run through a fine-grained, potently spiced and elastic palate, followed by a lengthy finish. The wine carries 9.62 percent alcohol, 47.2 grams per litre of residual sugar and 11.23 grams per litre of total acidity.

French Rosé
Made from Cabernet Franc, this Bourgueil rosé is bright and crisp. Pale pink colour carries a faint golden hue and a berry-scented perfume with a very faint exotic quality. The palate is balanced and flavourful, showing floral-tinged berry fruit. A distinct citrus note appears on the finish. The wine comes from the Loire Valley in France.

Made entirely from Grenache Noir, this rosé carries pink grapefruit, passionfruit and tropical guava. The palate is refreshing and crisp, with a clean, mouth-watering finish. The wine comes from the Okanagan Valley in British Columbia and carries 13.2 percent alcohol. Production totalled 877 cases. The family-owned estate overlooks Okanagan Lake near Penticton from a shelf-like site above clay bluffs.

Pale lemon colour with green highlights accompanies fresh-cut grass, green pepper and tropical fruit. Bell pepper, wet stone and ripe peach meet fresh acidity and a mineral-driven profile. Fermentation is eighty-four percent stainless steel and sixteen percent neutral oak; the oak portion matures for three months, while the wine spends two months on lees. It is dry, crisp and 12.3 percent alcohol.
Monmousseau 2020 Rosé d’Anjou
French Rosé
Cabernet Franc makes up seventy percent of the blend, with Grolleau accounting for the remainder. The grapes are pressed immediately after harvest, using only the first pressing, then fermented without skins at low temperature. Pale pink with a salmon tint, the wine carries floral and strawberry aromas with raspberry and cherry blossom undertones. The finish is fresh and off-dry.

Canadian Sparkling
Chardonnay from two vineyards, one in Oliver and one in Kamloops, brings together contrasting levels of acidity. Half the fruit comes from Cerqueira Vineyard, where limestone is present. Made in the traditional method, the wine is fresh and dry with citrus notes. The same collection also included separate Keremeos and Orchard House Blanc de Blancs bottlings.

Jasmine, underripe pineapple and honeyed stone fruit sit with integrated oak and crisp acidity. The Chardonnay comes from the Okanagan Valley and carries fourteen percent alcohol. It is lightly oaked, with ten months of ageing, and the wine is vegan. Citrus, popcorn and toasted brioche also appear alongside vanilla and coconut. The style is dry.

Cabernet Libre and Cayuga form a sparkling red with 10.1 percent alcohol. Raspberry, black pepper and blood orange appear in the profile. The wine comes from Vancouver Island, British Columbia, and is associated with Salt Spring Island. It belongs to Kathleen Sinclair’s personal project; she is a natural wine and cider maker whose earlier work included Bella Wines.
