Bodega La Milagrosa began in 1962 when growers from Milagros, Pardilla and Montejo de la Vega pooled their grapes and founded a cooperative. The project entered the Ribera del Duero denomination in 1982 and expanded as growers from nearby villages joined.
Today the cooperative works around 250 hectares of Tinta del País, much of it near 900 metres, on limestone and stony soils across a dry, high-altitude landscape.

Spanish Red
Made entirely from Tempranillo selected from old vineyards, the wine matures for at least six months in American and Spanish oak. Violet colour accompanies floral, ripe black-fruit, cassis and mineral notes. Plum, fig preserve and strawberry compote add further fruit character. The vineyards include very old parcels with low yields, and the finished red reaches 14 percent alcohol.
