The Chenin Blanc was destemmed and lightly crushed, followed by brief skin contact and pressing. Free-run juice settled overnight before cool fermentation with selected yeast, and the wine remained on fine lees without oak.

Pinotage grows on granite soils in the Coastal Region. Fruit is hand-harvested, fermented in stainless steel for fifteen days and matured for fourteen months in French and American oak. Alcohol is 14.72 percent.

White peach, pear, toasted almond and wood spice accompany a creamy palate and white-grapefruit acidity.
