Shiraz, Mourvèdre and Viognier form this red blend from South Africa’s Coastal Region. Violets, black cherry and mulberry appear with black pepper and fennel. The mid-palate is silky and rich, with concentrated fruit and dense tannins. Grapes are harvested by hand, fermented for up to two weeks, and matured for sixteen months in French and American oak barrels.
