Orofino 2025 Semi-Carbo MF
Canadian Red
Pepper, black and blue fruit, iron and wild game appear through the profile. The deep purple wine has low tannins and a naturally soft character. It is made entirely from Marechal Foch grown in the Pozza Vineyard in the Olalla Gap. Whole berries ferment carbonically under carbon dioxide before pressing, stainless-steel fermentation and a rest in old 500-litre puncheons. The wine is neither fined nor filtered and carries 12.8 percent alcohol.

Canadian Red
Green bell pepper, leather and stewed cherry appear in the aromas, while strawberry, fresh herbs and dark fruit define the flavours. The blend is 38 percent Merlot, 34 percent Cabernet Franc and 28 percent Cabernet Sauvignon. Fruit comes from the Mama D vineyard in Oliver and the Monarch vineyard in Osoyoos. Winemaking uses entirely neutral oak.
Le Petit Connétable 2024 Pinot Noir IGP Val de Loire
French Red
This red from Val de Loire is made entirely from Pinot Noir. Light black-fruit notes appear in a supple profile that is both ample and light. Alcohol is 11.5 percent. The release received a silver medal at the Sakura Awards. The range focuses on AOP and IGP wines from the Centre-Loire, with carefully selected berries used to express each grape variety.
Louis M. Martini 2019 Sonoma County Cabernet Sauvignon
American Red
Dried flowers and cherries accompany blackcurrant, plum, roasted tobacco leaf and vanilla. The medium-bodied palate has round, creamy tannins. Cabernet Sauvignon is blended with Cabernet Franc, Merlot and Petite Sirah. The wine spends sixteen months in French and American oak and carries 14 percent alcohol. Cocoa, pepper, mint, thyme, earth and violet are also present in the profile.
Inniskillin Okanagan 2021 Discovery Series Zinfandel
Canadian Red
Blackberry, mocha, vanilla spice and Black Forest cake define this full-bodied Zinfandel. The palate is juicy and bright, with layered flavour and a lingering finish. The wine was aged for fifteen months in oak barrels. It carries 14.5 percent alcohol and nine grams per litre of sugar. Made in British Columbia, it is classified as BC VQA Okanagan Valley and belongs to the Discovery Series.
Sea Star 2021 Stella Maris
Canadian White
Spicy fruit aromas lead to pear and fresh apple, followed by a very long finish. The blend comprises Gewürztraminer, Pinot Gris, Schönburger and Ortega. The winery stands on Pender Island beside a seven-acre estate vineyard. Its island grape sources also include Clam Bay Farms, while further fruit comes from growers in the Cowichan Valley. The vineyards are dry-farmed, and organic herbicide is used only when required.
Cafaggio 2019 Chianti Classico DOCG
Italian Red
Violet, underbrush and baking spice appear with red cherry, clove and orange zest. The palate is juicy and easygoing, with smooth, polished tannins. Sangiovese is grown on south-, southeast- and southwest-facing sites around 320 metres, on well-drained clay-loam soils derived from calcareous sandstone. The grapes are harvested by hand. The wine spends twelve months in large Slavonian oak casks, another twelve months in concrete tanks and three months in bottle.
Domaine de l’Idylle 2017 Vieille Vigne d’Idylle Cruet Jacquère
French White
Intense crisp lemon fruit appears with tight acidity and a creamier touch of baked apple. The wine is made entirely from Jacquère grown on clay-limestone soils formed by Alpine scree. Long, low-temperature fermentation is followed by full malolactic fermentation and ageing on fine lees, with about twenty percent in oak. The palate is full and fleshy, while good acidity keeps it fresh, and the finish recalls toasted almond.
Belcolle 2020 Langhe DOC Nebbiolo
Italian Red
Ruby colour accompanies violet, raspberry, blackberry, cherry, plum and thyme. The palate is dry, velvety and medium-bodied, with balanced tannin and ripe fruit. Nebbiolo grows on sandy-calcareous soils around Alba. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel with selected yeasts, and maturation lasts six months. Alcohol is 14 percent, and the finish is dry and fruit-focused.
Spier 2022 Seaward Pinotage Coastal Region
South African Red
Deep ruby-purple colour accompanies black cherry, mulberry, allspice and vanilla. The palate is medium to full in body, with integrated fruit and structure. Pinotage grows on granite soils in the Coastal Region. Fruit is hand-harvested, fermented in stainless steel for fifteen days and matured for fourteen months in French and American oak. Alcohol is 14.72 percent.

American White
Key lime, gooseberry, tart apple and citron appear with herbaceous notes. The palate carries vibrant acidity. Sliced pear, apple, grass, celery, green apple and lime are also present. The body is medium to full, and the finish is flavourful. Fruit comes from cool-climate vineyards throughout California. The wine carries 12.5 percent alcohol and is sealed with a screwcap.
Barbadillo 2022 Sábalo Organic Palomino
Spanish White
Pale straw in colour, the wine shows mature apple. The palate is full and silky, with a dry profile, soft mineral character and chalk. Palomino comes from organically farmed vineyards, including Balbaína and Burujena. Fermentation takes place in water-cooled stainless steel. Residual sugar is below two grams per litre, alcohol is 13.5 percent, and the wine is organic.
Visintini 2022 Ribolla Gialla Friuli Colli Orientali DOP
Italian White
Pale straw colour with greenish reflections accompanies lemon, yellow flowers and broom. The palate is dry, lively and fresh, with gentle almond character. Ribolla Gialla is grown in the Friuli Colli Orientali zone. The wine is organic and undergoes temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel. It is kept on fine lees before bottling and carries 12.5 percent alcohol.
Borgo Paglianetto 2019 Ergon Verdicchio di Matelica DOC
Italian White
Nutty, savoury aromas include green almond and chalk. The palate is energetic and mineral-driven, with brisk acidity, saline grip and a lingering stony finish. Verdicchio from the Pagliano vineyard is fermented with indigenous yeasts. The twenty-year-old site lies at an average altitude of 350 metres on clay-calcareous soils. The wine is organic, carries 13 percent alcohol and is classified as Verdicchio di Matelica DOC.

French White
Pale golden colour with discreet green tints accompanies a refined, subtle nose of Muscat fruit, aniseed and citronella. The palate is fresh, balanced and full, with the sensation of biting into a fresh grape. The finish is persistent and thirst-quenching. Grapes are handpicked from limestone and chalky-clay soils. Four months on fine lees and five months in tank precede bottling.

Dark plum, blueberry and a light touch of spearmint appear in the aromas. The medium-bodied palate is easy-drinking, with blackberry jam, black cherry and sweet liquorice. The wine is bright and vivacious, with mild tannin. The finish is bold and fruit-driven. The Zinfandel comes from British Columbia's Similkameen Valley and received a bronze medal at the National Wine Awards of Canada.

Pale salmon in colour, the rosé offers wild strawberry, citrus and delicate floral aromas. The palate is round and creamy, with ripe red berry flavour and soft minerality. Balanced acidity appears with a silky, smooth finish. Alcohol is 12.5 percent, the closure is a screwcap, and the style is medium-crisp. The wine comes from IGP Coteaux de Béziers in southern France.
Puerto del Monte 2020 Mencía

Deep cherry colour with purple highlights appears alongside black fruit, tar, pencil lead and spice. The palate is medium-bodied and fresh, with lively acidity, a touch of oak and a long fruit-driven finish. Mencía comes from forty-five-year-old vines around Villafranca del Bierzo at 450 to 700 metres. The wine spends two months on its lees in stainless steel and eight months in French and American oak.
Lightning Rock 2024 Eagle and Plow Vineyard Cross Border Collection Malbec
American Red
This Malbec comes from Eagle and Plow Vineyard Block 23 in Horse Heaven Hills, Washington. It belongs to the Cross Border Collection, created after extreme cold caused a complete crop loss in Lightning Rock's British Columbia vineyards. The winery partnered with Washington growers and retained control of winemaking. Owner Ron Kubek transported the Washington fruit across the border to the Summerland winery.
Backsberg 2022 Four Pillars Cabernet Sauvignon
South African Red
Blackcurrant, liquorice and vanilla appear with elderberry, cedar, tobacco, chocolate and coffee bean. The wine is dry, full-bodied and structured, with silky tannins, fresh acidity and integrated oak. The variety is Cabernet Sauvignon. The release carries 14 percent alcohol and spends eighteen months in French barriques. Fruit, spice and depth are also present. The style is robust.
Aimé Roquesante 2024 Côtes de Provence Rosé
French Rosé
Pale rosé in colour, the wine shows small red berries, watermelon and grapefruit. The palate is fresh and balanced, with 12.5 percent alcohol. Grenache, Cinsault, Syrah and Carignan grow on silty clay and sandy soils with schist outcrops. The fruit is directly pressed, settled at ten degrees for forty-eight hours, and slowly fermented in stainless steel at seventeen degrees.
Caprili 2024 Ilex Toscana IGT
Italian Red
Cherry, liquorice, raspberry and spice define a dry, medium-bodied Tuscan red with present acidity and a generous mouthfeel. The wine shows deep ruby colour with violet reflections and ripe red fruit. Sangiovese is the principal variety. Natural fermentation proceeds without added yeast at controlled temperature, followed by ten days of maceration in stainless steel and continued steel storage until bottling the following year.
Cave de Chautagne 2022 Pinot Noir Vieilles Vignes
French Red
Very ripe cherry appears in this Savoie Pinot Noir. The palate is fleshy and persistent. Fermentation proceeds without added sulphites, and maturation takes place in tank. The old-vine release comprises seven thousand bottles. It is a still red; the suggested service temperature is sixteen to eighteen degrees Celsius, and the suggested drinking window spans four calendar years.
Mud House 2017 Central Otago Pinot Noir
New Zealand Red
This New Zealand red shows moderately deep, bright pink-red colour with ripe red cherry, dried herbs, scented oak and spice. The medium-bodied palate is smooth-flowing, with chocolate-coated cherry, dark cherry and bramble. Wild-berry freshness, fine tannins and balanced acidity are present. The finish is long. The wine is bottled under screwcap and carries 13.5 percent alcohol.
Orofino 2024 Few and Far Between Washington Series Marsanne

Pale gold with green reflections, the wine shows lemon, white peach, orchard blossom and beeswax. The palate is crisp and light-bodied, with a long finish. Marsanne from Ancient Lakes in Washington ferments and ages in stainless steel and French oak. Alcohol is 13 percent, residual sugar is two grams per litre, and production totals two hundred fifty cases.

Canadian Rosé
This Cinsault rosé is pale, with lemon and very bright acidity. Fruit comes from a one-acre block of Strand Vineyard in Naches Heights, Washington, at 1,900 feet. The site lies on an ancient andesite lava flow with quartz-rich, windblown loess and clay. Fermentation and ageing take place in concrete tanks, and no fining agents are used.
Viña Pomal 2021 Rioja Crianza
Spanish Red
Black fruit, flowers, liquorice, vanilla and toasted notes appear with cherry-red colour and violet highlights. The palate is soft, balanced and fresh, with good structure and soft tannins. Tempranillo is the named variety. After destemming and crushing, fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel, followed by two weeks of maceration and twelve months in American oak barrels.
Roche 2024 Artist Series Pinot Blanc
Canadian White
Pear and citrus meet a mineral undertone in this clean, refreshing Pinot Blanc. The fruit came from Winter's Hill Estate Vineyard in Dundee Hills, Oregon, after cold damage reduced the Okanagan harvest. The wine was made and bottled at the Naramata Bench winery. The project includes grower Russell Gladhart, and total production was three hundred twenty cases.
Zenato 2019 Alanera Rosso Veronese IGT
Italian Red
Ruby colour accompanies fresh and dried cherries, prunes, sweet spice, coffee and tobacco. The wine is full-bodied, with velvety tannins, vibrant acidity and a long finish. Half of the fruit is partially dried for several months. Corvina, Rondinella and Corvinone are the identified grapes in the blend, accompanied by a further portion described as local varieties.
