An off-dry melomel combines local honey with a blend of berries from the farm. The palate is clean, crisp and distinctly fruity, followed by a soft honey finish. The berry mix includes marionberry, loganberry and gooseberry. The honey and fruit are tied to the producer’s farm near Sooke on Vancouver Island. Salmon is a suggested pairing.
