Off-dry and just shy of sweet, the medium-bodied palate has a creamy, faintly buttery and smooth mouthfeel, while a citrus undercurrent keeps the fruit bright and the finish light rather than cloying. About Northern Lights Estate Winery
Pat and Brenda Bell and their partners began building Northern Lights Estate Winery in Prince George in 2013. It opened in 2015. The winery sits beside the Nechako River, well beyond British Columbia's familiar southern wine regions. It makes fruit wines from berries, rhubarb and orchard fruit grown on the property and sourced from other British Columbia farms.
