Canadian White
Grapefruit, ripe lemon and green apple are joined by honeysuckle, peach and lime leaf. Guava and white pepper appear with a concentrated, long palate and a soft, creamy mouthfeel. Hand-harvested Sauvignon Blanc receives a four-hour dry-ice skin soak, then ferments in stainless steel and French oak puncheons before five months on lees with weekly stirring.

Spanish White
Boxwood, coriander and tomato leaf meet tropical fruit and lime in this Rueda white, with fennel, pear, mineral and almond notes also present. Fresh acidity accompanies a creamy, smooth mid-palate and a dry, pithy finish. Verdejo is harvested at night, cold-macerated before pressing and fermented at low temperature in stainless steel on its own lees.
Element[AL] 2022 Pinot Noir
American Red
Ripe red berries, allspice and toasted vanilla appear in this California Pinot Noir. The wine is listed at 14.5 percent alcohol and ages in French and American oak barrels. Its aluminum bottle is shatterproof, infinitely recyclable and eighty percent lighter than glass. The bottle has a lined interior, and the package does not alter the wine's flavour.
Element[AL] 2023 Pinot Grigio
American White
Orange blossom, honey and melon define this California white. The blend contains ninety-one percent Pinot Grigio and nine percent Albariño and ferments in stainless steel. Alcohol is listed at 11.5 percent. The wine comes in an aluminum bottle that is shatterproof, infinitely recyclable and eighty percent lighter than glass. Its lined interior is designed not to alter the wine's flavour.
Bella x Ursa Major 2024 Ode to Sappho
Canadian Sparkling
Red currant, plum and espresso bean aromas meet red liquorice, sour cherry, cranberry, pomegranate and chocolate-cherry flavours. Marechal Foch from Hancock Vineyard in Naramata forms this sparkling red. The juice undergoes an open-top wild fermentation in stainless steel, then is racked from gross lees and bottled with sugar for secondary fermentation. The bottles are riddled and disgorged, with twenty parts per million of sulphur added.
Castell 2023 Weiss & Grau
German White
Pinot Blanc and Pinot Gris form this dry VDP.Gutswein from Franken. Williams pear, quince, nutty texture, herbal spice and fresh acidity define the established profile. Fermentation is mainly in stainless steel, with a smaller portion in wooden barrels. The vineyards around Castell are rooted in gypsum-keuper soils. Recommended service is eight to ten degrees Celsius in a white-wine or universal glass.

French Non-Alcoholic Wine
Garnet colour carries purple highlights in this red wine. Black fruit, spice and a touch of vanilla accompany a supple, fruit-driven palate with velvety tannins, good structure and a fresh, soft finish. Merlot provides classic smoothness while Tannat supplies fine structure. After vinification, the wine is dealcoholized by low-temperature vacuum distillation to preserve its aromas, structure and balance.

Blueberry compote, plum, fresh violet petals and currant meet blackberry bramble, black pepper and an earthy note. The mouthfeel is round, with bright acidity and velvety, persistent tannins. Deep coral colour comes from twelve hours of skin contact with Pinot Noir. Half of the wine ferments in neutral French oak barrels and half in stainless-steel vats. Fruit comes from vineyard sites in Okanagan Falls, Penticton, Kaleden and Naramata. Alcohol is listed at 13.8 percent, with acidity of 6.3 grams per litre and residual sugar below two grams per litre.

Black cherry, blackberry and plum appear with sweet spice, dark chocolate and a fresh profile. The palate is well structured, with soft tannins, and the aftertaste is long and filled with fruit and spice. The vineyard lies less than one kilometre from the sea on red aeolian sands, between twenty and eighty metres above sea level, with a western aspect in coastal Tuscany.

Cassis, cherry and red fruit appear with fresh acidity in a medium-bodied Cabernet Sauvignon. The tannins are supple and integrated, with fourteen months in French oak. Clusters are sorted before destemming, berries are sorted again, and the wine undergoes a cold soak, stainless-steel fermentation, extended maceration, basket pressing and barrel maturation. The vineyard lies in Agrelo, Mendoza.

Deep ruby colour accompanies cranberry, ripe cherry, leather and barbecue-smoke aromas. Black pepper leads to a lingering, jammy finish with spice. This is a full-bodied red blend from the Lodi appellation in California. Blackberry jam, plum and rich liquorice are also present, alongside a velvety texture and fine-grained tannins. Alcohol is listed at fifteen percent by volume.

Spanish Red
Light red colour accompanies fresh red fruit, a fresh opening, a light-footed palate and a distinctly spiced character. The blend is seventy percent Garnacha Tintorera and thirty percent Moravia Agria. The former comes from clay-limestone soil; the latter grows in clay-limestone with sandy topsoil. Both components mature for eight months, in concrete or older French barriques, before blending.
Domaine de Marcoux NV Raisin de Loup Rouge
French Red
Red grapes from two plots on the right bank of the Rhône grow in alluvial and silty soils. Grenache, Syrah and Caladoc are harvested by hand, sorted, destemmed and crushed. Fermentation begins with native yeasts, with daily pump-overs, and maturation takes place in concrete. The vineyard is certified organic by ECOCERT, and the wine is bottled without fining, filtration or added sulphur.
Orofino 2025 Semi-Carbo MF Marechal Foch
Canadian Red
Deep purple colour accompanies black and blue fruit, pepper, iron and wild-game notes. Low tannins and the natural softness of Marechal Foch give an easy-drinking profile. Fruit from twenty-year-old vines in Pozza Vineyard was destemmed with berries left whole for carbonic fermentation under carbon dioxide, then pressed to finish in stainless steel and rested in old 500-litre puncheons.
La Frenz 2025 Freedom 75 Vineyard Clone 21B Riesling
Canadian White
Freedom 75 Vineyard sits on the Naramata Bench at about 1,500 feet, with a westerly aspect, sandy-loam and alluvial soils, and broad day-to-night temperature shifts during ripening. The site spans sixteen acres, thirteen of them planted, and average rainfall is about thirteen inches. Riesling is among the varieties established there, and Clone 21B supplies this bottling.
Vite Colte 2024 San Nicolao Barbera d’Asti
Italian Red
Intense ruby colour carries violet reflections. Blueberry, violet, cherry and liquorice appear in a dry Barbera, with a soft texture and lively acidity. Maceration lasts about ten days at 25–28°C. Malolactic fermentation follows alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel, and maturation also takes place in steel. The grapes come from traditionally managed, low-yield vineyards in Piedmont.
Pierre-Olivier Bonhomme 2016 Le Telquel
French Red
Fruit, perfume and medium body define this Loire red. Le Telquel is identified as Gamay Noir. Fermentation takes place in large open-top foudre, followed by pressing into neutral barrels and six months of maturation before bottling. No sulphur is added to this cuvée. The wine comes from the Loire Valley and carries the Vin de France designation.

South African Red
Violet, spice and purple-fruit notes sit in a medium- to full-bodied Cinsault with fine texture, firm but approachable tannins and a fresh, lingering finish. The grapes were left as whole bunches, without crushing or destemming, and fermented in open tanks. Seventy percent matured in stainless steel and thirty percent in old French oak; sulphur was the only addition.
Giacomo Montresor 2023 Gran Guardia Soave Classico
Italian White
White flowers, pear and almond appear with green apple, lemon zest and crushed stone in a dry Garganega. The wine has bright acidity, a fresh and fruity profile, and a delicate texture, with almond on the finish. Grapes receive a gentle press and brief skin maceration before fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel. Alcohol is twelve and a half percent.
Santa Julia 2022 El Burro Natural Malbec
Argentinian Red
Cooked dark cherry, blackcurrant and sweet spice appear in a medium-bodied Malbec with fine tannins and bright acidity. Sour cherry and vivid fruit are present on the finish. Grapes are organically grown in Maipú. Fermentation uses native yeasts, maceration lasts fifteen days, and the wine receives no added sulphites, ageing or filtration. The wine is vegan and natural.
Alois Lageder 2021 Terra Alpina Pinot Grigio Vigneti delle Dolomiti IGT
Italian White
Apple, lemon and pear appear with dried flowers and grass in a crisp, lean-bodied Pinot Grigio. The fruit comes from Veneto vineyards planted at 150 to 250 metres on limestone soils. Fermentation takes place in steel, followed by time in cement and steel tanks. The grapes are organically grown, and the bottle is closed with a screw cap.
Márcio Lopes 2022 Pequenos Rebentos Loureiro
Portuguese White
Floral notes and a greenish colour accompany a refreshing Loureiro. Grapes come from vineyards in Ponte de Lima, Barcelos and Braga, where sustainable farming avoids herbicides. Fruit is harvested by hand, destemmed and lightly pressed, then settled for forty-eight hours. Fermentation uses natural yeast in stainless steel, and the wine spends at least five months on fine lees before light filtration.
Pierre-Olivier Bonhomme 2016 Sauvignon de Touraine
French White
Creamy notes meet mature apple, chalk, flowers and lemon in a full-bodied Sauvignon Blanc. Fresh almonds and candied fruit are also present, with fresh acidity and a fruity finish. Grapes grow organically on flinty limestone and sandy soils. Lees contact lasts at least five months in tanks and old oak, sulphur use is low, and alcohol is thirteen percent.
Vivezza Vineyard 2025 Ortega
Canadian White
Pear, honey, apple blossom and lemon zest appear alongside floral notes. Bright acidity, a long clean finish and stone-fruit character are also present. Thirty-year-old vines grow on slopes overlooking Victoria. Whole clusters are pressed, fermentation takes place in stainless steel, and the wine is lightly filtered and gently sulphited at the family’s Salt Spring Island winery.
Kaiken 2020 Indómito Cabernet Franc
Argentinian Red
Blackberry, herbs, pepper, ash and pyrazine appear in a purple-coloured Cabernet Franc. The palate is taut, with a slightly rugged texture and tannins that have volume. Grapes come from Agrelo in Luján de Cuyo at about 950 metres, on deep silty loam. Twenty percent matures in barrels for ten months, while the remainder stays in tank.

Argentinian Red
Intense red and purple colour accompanies strawberry and violet aromas. Dark plum, dark chocolate, bay leaf, peppermint and baking spice are also present. The mouthfeel is sweet, while the profile is medium-bodied with chalky tannins and a refreshing finish. The wine is made from Malbec grown in Argentina’s Uco Valley and is identified as vegan.

Dark fruit and cedar appear in a red blend of Petite Sirah and Zinfandel. The grapes come from old, dry-farmed vines at King Ranch on the Sonoma Coast. Farming is described as organic and sustainable, and the wine is vegan, with no added sulphites. Production is completely natural, with total sulphites below ten milligrams per litre.

Pear, apple and toast appear in a pale-yellow sparkling wine with a fresh, lively fruit profile. The texture is light and soft, and the finish is pleasant. Macabeo, Xarel·lo and Parellada form the blend. The wine is certified organic, biodynamic and vegan-friendly. Its fruit comes from high-altitude vineyards in Pontons, and the cuvée undergoes a second fermentation in bottle.
