Blackberry, cassis and plum appear on the full-bodied palate, supported by fresh acidity and smooth, velvety tannins. The finish has length. The blend combines Negroamaro and Malvasia Nera from Puglia and is identified as sustainably produced. Suggested pairings include cured meats, aged cheeses and grilled game.
