Vibrant acidity and a subtle mineral streak accompany a clean, refreshing finish. The blend combines Verdeca and Bianco d’Alessano from Puglia and is identified as sustainably produced. Suggested pairings include seafood, shellfish, grilled chicken with mixed greens or fried pork spiedini.
