Miopasso

Fresh floral notes and touches of honey accompany crisp citrus acidity. The palate is balanced and the wine may be served chilled as an aperitif or with seafood. Fiano grapes from Sicily are picked by hand, destemmed and softly pressed. Fermentation takes place between fourteen and sixteen degrees Celsius without malolactic fermentation, followed by time on fine lees and gentle filtration before bottling.
