Glera comes from south-southwest-facing vineyards at 120 to 240 metres in the hills of Treviso. Grapes are harvested by hand. Fermentation takes place at eighteen to twenty degrees Celsius, and Italian-method refermentation lasts about two months in steel pressure tanks.

The wine comes from Côtes du Rhône in France's Rhône Valley and contains fifteen percent alcohol.

It is unfined, unfiltered and made without added sulphur, leaving the natural yeast sediment in the bottle.

Fresh cherry and raspberry sit with peony, rose and light spice. Kirsch and reseda are also present in the red-fruit profile. Made from Gamay in Saint-Amour, the wine is ruby red and contains thirteen percent alcohol. The appellation lies in Beaujolais. Serve it lightly chilled, around fourteen to sixteen degrees Celsius, with poultry, charcuterie or composed salads.
Masia de la Roqua 2016 El Truc Blanc Macabeo
Spanish White
Citrus, floral and white-fruit notes are present in a fresh profile with good acidity. Macabeo comes from two small parcels known as dels Molats, rooted in limestone under a Mediterranean climate. Fermentation begins spontaneously without temperature control. Bâtonnage occurs near the end of fermentation, and the wine undergoes malolactic conversion. The wine contains nine percent alcohol and is made without additives.

American Red
Bright cherry, raspberry and toasty oak sit beside dark cherry, vanilla bean, earth and warm spice. Baked strawberry, charred game, sage and thyme appear in the aromatics. The palate carries integrated tannins and a long finish. Pinot Noir from California's Central Coast forms this medium-bodied red, with thirteen-and-a-half percent alcohol. Roasted vegetables, mushrooms, turkey or duck suit its combination of fruit, earth and oak.

Cassis, violet and caramel form the bouquet. The first sip is smooth, with plush tannins supporting blackberry, butterscotch, anisette, rose petal and orange zest through a slightly chewy finish. Monastrell grapes are hand-picked in September from certified-organic vineyards in Jumilla, with winemaking taking place during the second week of October. The wine contains fourteen percent alcohol and is organic and vegan.
Kettle Valley 2018 Merlot

Ripe tannins accompany blackcurrant and blackberry flavours. The wine is made entirely from Merlot harvested from the King Drive and McGraw vineyards in Naramata. Grapes were handpicked on October 19 and October 30 at about 25.3 Brix. The wine completes malolactic fermentation and matures for nineteen months in French oak. The small, family-run winery sits on the Naramata Bench in British Columbia.

Chilean Red
Black cherry, plum, dry leaves, green bell pepper, chocolate and spice meet a soft, plump palate with supple tannins and good length. The fruit grows in Rapel Valley, largely around Almahue in Peumo, on well-drained loamy alluvial soils. Half the wine completed malolactic fermentation in barrel and aged there for about six months; the rest completed malolactic fermentation in tank.

The wine is brightly sparkling and pale pink. Peach, green apple and lemon shape a delicate, complex bouquet, while rose, raspberry and cherry add further fruit and floral detail. Glera and Pinot Noir form the blend. Lively effervescence accompanies the fruit. The wine contains ten-and-a-half percent alcohol and is suitable for vegetarian and vegan diets.

Brandy-soaked cherry, dried cherry, Italian prune plum, sage, oak spice and earthy secondary notes define the profile. The palate is softer, with less acidity and tannin than the preceding release. The Merlot comes from an estate vineyard on benchland in the Similkameen Valley, where the winery matures its red wines in French oak barrels.

Blackberry, cassis and lemony oak meet a tannic palate and black-fruit flavours. The blend contains eighty-five percent Carménère and fifteen percent Syrah, all from the Apalta vineyard. Fruit was harvested by hand. Wild yeasts carried fermentation in stainless-steel tanks and wooden vats, with four to five weeks on skins. Maturation lasted thirteen months in French oak, including twenty-nine percent new barrels.

Subtle florality, dark earth, plum, wild raspberry and thorny notes accompany a silken palate. Smoked-stone character and grippy tannins are also present. Cabernet Franc clone 214 grows on west-facing gravelled clay slopes just north of Oliver. A slight haze reflects low-intervention vinification. The profile shows the grape’s earthy, green side and can be served with a light chill.

Canadian Red
This light Cabernet Franc has a rosé-like character and comes from Okanagan Falls. The vineyard sits just north of Oliver on conventionally farmed land; its vines were four years old. The grapes spend one to two weeks on skins before six months in neutral barrels. Twenty parts per million of sulphur are added at bottling. Alcohol is eleven-point-three percent.
Famille Lieubeau 2023 Pinot Noir
French Red
Blackcurrant, raspberry, violet, ripe red fruit and vanilla sit in a fresh profile with a long finish. The Pinot Noir grows on schist in the Loire and carries twelve percent alcohol. Vinification includes two weeks of maceration in temperature-controlled stainless steel with regular cap work. A portion matures in oak, while the balance remains in tank before bottling.
