Villa Sandi

Pale straw colour and fine, persistent bubbles accompany apple, pear, melon, citrus and floral notes. The palate is dry, fresh and light, with eleven percent alcohol. Glera provides the varietal base, and a secondary fermentation takes place in pressurised tanks. Serve between six and eight degrees Celsius as an aperitif or alongside seafood and other delicate dishes.

Ripe golden apple and small mountain flowers appear over a dry, fresh and flavoursome palate. The pale straw colour carries fine, persistent bubbles, followed by a fruity, harmonious aftertaste. Whole grapes are softly pressed before controlled-temperature tank fermentation. Produced in Treviso under the Prosecco DOC designation, the wine contains 11 percent alcohol and is classified as Brut.
