Redcurrant and blackberry meet black pepper and eucalyptus in a deep purple-red profile. The palate is fresh, rounded and persistent, with a clear fruit core. Sangiovese and Cabernet Sauvignon form the blend. Maceration lasts ten days, followed by malolactic fermentation; the wine then spends four months in stainless steel and two months in bottle. Alcohol is twelve and a half percent.
