Rose petals and lychee sit with peach, papaya and citrus in an intense aromatic profile. Complementary sweetness is balanced by fresh acidity. Pineapple, ginger and citrus zest accompany a long finish. The documented pairing range includes fruit salad, ceviche, gravlax, spicy tomato pasta, sushi, raw fish, spicy chicken stir-fry, fresh cheese, seafood hotpot and pho.

About Wild Goose Winery
Wild Goose began in 1983 when Adolf Kruger bought land east of Okanagan Falls and planted Riesling and Gewürztraminer. The winery opened in 1990, with a focus on aromatic white wines. The Wyse family of Burrowing Owl acquired Wild Goose in 2021.
At Mystic River Vineyard near Oliver, Pinot Blanc and Gewürztraminer grow beside the Okanagan River. The range includes varietal whites, late-harvest Gewürztraminer and the Autumn Gold blend.
