Pentâge 2024 Pinot Gris

Pale straw in colour, with a mineral, peach-pit bouquet. The wine is medium-bodied and dry, carrying peach and melon flavours into a crisp lemon finish with great length. The fruit comes from Washington. The producer’s Pinot Gris is made entirely in stainless steel, and documented pairing suggestions include Asian salad, seafood platters, roasted chicken and pork.

About Pentâge Winery
Paul Gardner and Julie Rennie began Pentâge in 1996 after buying an abandoned orchard, then planted Vista Ridge Vineyard the following spring. A small lot of Syrah in 1999 became their inaugural vintage. Paul directs the vineyard and winemaking, while Julie manages operations.
Paul carved a natural rock cellar of roughly 5,000 square feet into the property for production and ageing. The vineyards are worked by hand, and the winery makes a range of varieties in small lots, with bottle ageing before release.
