A pale salmon-pink hue introduces fuzzy peach, apricot skin and grapefruit. The palate is medium-bodied and juicy, with citrus pith, apricot stone and a light creaminess adding texture. Fine tannic tension from brief skin contact meets bright acidity and a saline finish. Serve with salmon, roast squash or lightly spiced dishes.
