Intense floral aromas meet very fresh red fruit and delicate black liquorice. Tempranillo comes from high-altitude vineyards averaging twenty years of age. The fruit is harvested by hand in small crates in mid-September. Fermentation takes place in stainless-steel tanks at twenty-six degrees Celsius, and the wine remains on its fine lees for at least three months before bottling.
