Cantina Colli Euganei 2024 Pinot Grigio Delle Venezie DOC

Made entirely from Pinot Grigio, the grapes come from Padua vineyards on volcanic and sedimentary soils. Harvest runs from late August into early September. Soft pressing and controlled-temperature fermentation are used. Straw-yellow colour shows green highlights. The aroma is intense and fruit-led; the palate is dry, balanced and structured. The wine carries Delle Venezie DOC and contains 12.5 percent alcohol.

About Cantina Colli Euganei
Local growers founded Cantina Colli Euganei in 1949 to help rebuild winegrowing after the war, making their first cooperative vintage in 1951. It now brings together about 680 growers in the Euganean Hills, south-west of Padua in Veneto.
Their vineyards span volcanic hills, varied slopes and exposures, growing both local and international grape varieties. The cooperative supports its members with vineyard advice throughout the growing season.
