Certified-organic Cabernet Franc from Osoyoos is delicately pressed and fermented naturally in concrete, with full malolactic fermentation and extended lees contact. Pale orange colour accompanies citrus, red berries, dried lemon peel and nectarine skin. A savoury edge and saline note sit alongside a creamy texture, while bright acidity supports a dry, fruity finish. Alcohol is 12 percent.
