Sandro de Bruno 2023 Soave DOC
Italian White
Linden, yellow peach, lime, almond, minerals and aromatic herbs accompany a dry, enveloping profile with savoury citrus. Garganega grows on volcanic hills between Roncà and Montecchia di Crosara. The grapes are harvested in the second half of September, destemmed, given twelve to eighteen hours of cold skin contact and softly pressed. Fermentation is followed by five to six months on the lees.
Les Cigales dans la Fourmilière 2021 Rue de la Peste
French Red
Syrah and Carignan form a dry red from Languedoc, bottled as Vin de France. The profile is juicy and earthy, and the wine is made without added sulphur. The two growers joined forces and work vineyards around Montpeyroux. Each retains an individual approach, reflected by keeping their respective wines visually distinct and identified by the responsible grower.
Baldovar 923 2023 Cañada París Merseguera
Spanish White
Citrus and mineral notes accompany fresh acidity and a long finish. Merseguera comes from old bush vines planted between 900 and 1,200 metres on silica-rich sandstone and limestone marl. After selection, the grapes are destemmed, pressed gently and settled at low temperature. Spontaneous fermentation takes place in French oak and stainless steel, followed by nine months split among clay amphora, 500-litre French oak and stainless steel.
Sage Hills 2022 Pinot Noir
Canadian Red
Ripe red and black cherry accompany earthy complexity, a round silky body and soft tannins. The estate Pinot Noir is certified Organic and was harvested by hand. Thirty percent of the fruit remained as whole clusters, while seventy percent was destemmed as whole berries. Maceration lasted twelve days, followed by twenty-four months on lees in neutral oak. The wine was bottled unfined and unfiltered, with ten parts per million of sulphur dioxide added beforehand.
Jean-Paul Mauler 2023 Muscat Vieilles Vignes
French White
Bright pale-green colour accompanies fresh, easy-drinking Muscat grape aromas in this old-vine selection from Alsace. The producer places it in a Prestige range of fruit-driven wines drawn from older vines. The aromatic white is suited to aperitif service and can accompany marinated herring or mackerel, smoked fish, shellfish and spiced dishes. Serve it between eight and ten degrees Celsius.
Terravista Vineyards 2024 Proyecto Terruño Albariño Grand Island
American White
Ripe stone fruit, orange peel and lemon meringue accompany lemon and grapefruit with a silky mineral texture. Refreshing acidity and salinity sit beside weight from the lees and a medium-plus finish. Albariño from certified-sustainable Grand Island Vineyard was hand-picked on September 3, whole-cluster pressed, settled and cooled on site. The free-run juice fermented partly in concrete egg and partly in stainless steel.
Peltier-Ravineau 2023 La Marnière Cheverny
French White
Fresh, dry and juicy, the wine carries transparent fruit with the crispness of Loire Sauvignon Blanc. Honeyed apple adds gentle volume, while white peach and nectarine appear with air. Sauvignon Blanc and Menu Pineau grow on sandy soils. The blend is lively and floral, with citrus detail and a fresh finish. Six months in fibreglass tank follow direct pressing and cold settling.
Domaine du Meix Foulot 2023 Mercurey Rouge
French Red
Redcurrant and half-ripe strawberry appear in a cool, fresh and medium-bodied red wine. The wine is dry and refreshing, with a straight, harmonious finish. Bright garnet colour accompanies cherry and raspberry, alongside fine, delicate oak. The tannins are fine and slightly firm in youth, and maturation combines tank and barrel over sixteen to eighteen months.
Artakama 2022 Syrah
Canadian Red
White and black peppercorn mingle with violet liqueur and candied violet petals in this Okanagan Valley Syrah. The tannins are low and creamy, while the wine is full and juicy. Its profile suits beef, lamb, game, poultry, veal, pasta and mature hard cheeses. Serve the wine at room temperature; decanting is also recommended before service.
Villota 2022 Selvanevada Blanco Rioja
Spanish White
Anjou pear, cantaloupe and fennel pollen accompany guava, apricot, cocoa butter, orange blossom and aniseed. The palate is bright, medium-bodied and creamy, with fresh white fruit, green apple, stone and sage. Viura makes up ninety-one percent of the blend, joined by Tempranillo Blanco and Garnacha Blanca. The Viura is aged in French oak, while the other varieties are aged in stainless steel, before a lemon-curd finish.
Domaine de la Pépière 2015 Gorges Muscadet Sèvre et Maine
French White
Melon de Bourgogne from the Pays Nantais forms this Loire white. Gorges is among the firmest, most structured and mineral Muscadet crus. The wine remains on its lees for forty-two months. Whole clusters are pressed directly, and the juice settles naturally for twelve hours. Pays Nantais is the Loire region bordering the Atlantic, and Muscadet Sèvre et Maine is one of its subzones.
Château du Vallier 2018 Cadillac Côtes de Bordeaux
French Red
Ruby colour with violet reflections accompanies rich black fruit and young tannins. Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Malbec make up the red blend. The bouquet combines fruit and wood, while the palate is dense and tannic. The wine is matured in barrel and carries thirteen and a half percent alcohol. Production amounted to fifty-five thousand bottles.
Trefethen 2017 Dry Riesling
American White
Jasmine, honeyed white peach and grapefruit appear in a fresh, fragrant profile. Punchy lime acidity accompanies tropical and mineral characters, with freshness, verve and definition. The wine is dry and carries twelve and a half percent alcohol. It comes from the Oak Knoll District of Napa Valley, where the estate grows the Riesling used for this bottling.
Marjan Simčič 2023 Ribolla Brda Classic
Slovenian White
Bright pale straw with light-gold accents, this dry Ribolla carries poached pear, acacia and wild marjoram. Fine acidity accompanies light complexity and salinity. Fruit comes from Medana and Jordano vineyards at 200 to 250 metres on marl, slate and sandstone. The grapes are harvested by hand, and the wine spends six months on its yeasts in stainless steel followed by at least one month in bottle.

Spanish Rosé
Garnacha Tintorera is pressed directly without skin contact, preserving freshness and crunchy fruit. Most of the fruit comes from El Cuchillejo in Olmos de Peñafiel, a north-facing vineyard planted in nineteen fifty-three at 850 metres on limestone-clay soil. Additional fruit comes from old plots in Burgos, Valladolid and Segovia. The wine is a rosé made without ageing.
Greywacke 2024 Sauvignon Blanc
New Zealand White
Honeydew melon and orange blossom appear with herb-garden botanicals, juicy lemon, steely cassis, pastis and wildflowers. Fruit comes from Marlborough’s Southern Valleys and central Wairau Plains, across alluvial soils, greywacke river stones and clay loams. The juice is lightly pressed, cold-settled and fermented mainly in stainless steel with cultured yeast, then kept on lees until late June.
Comando G 2017 Mataborricos
Spanish Red
Garnacha and Cariñena come from roughly five hectares of mountain vineyards on granite and sandy soils. The vines are farmed biodynamically, and the soil is worked by horse. Grapes are harvested by hand, macerated as whole bunches and fermented spontaneously with native yeast in open amphora. Maturation lasts twelve months in amphora. Fruit, balsamic and herbal notes accompany integrated tannins.

Austrian White
White fruit, vegetal and spice notes accompany a velvety palate with integrated acidity and a clear, precise, fruity finish. The grapes come from sixty vineyards around Langenlois, all on loess. Thirty percent receives overnight skin contact with stems, while seventy percent is whole-cluster pressed for five hours. Fermentation is spontaneous with wild yeast, and maturation lasts five months on fine lees in stainless steel.
Catherine & Pierre Breton 2022 Bourgueil Trinch!
French Red
Raspberry aromas meet a tender attack and a finish marked by grape-skin texture. Cabernet Franc comes from gravel soils and vines around thirty years old. The grapes are harvested by hand, gently destemmed and cold-macerated in stainless steel. Daily pumpovers are used, and maturation lasts ten months in concrete. The Cabernet Franc vineyard is certified biodynamic.
Domaine Marcel Lapierre 2022 Morgon
French Red
Cherry and liquorice appear with a subtle violet note in this red wine. The palate is full-bodied and balanced, with a clean opening. Gamay comes from dry, poor granitic sand. Grapes are harvested by hand and undergo traditional semi-carbonic maceration for ten to twenty-one days without added sulfur dioxide or cultured yeast, followed by nine months in 216-litre vessels.
Jean Stodden 2018 Spätburgunder Trocken
German Red
The profile includes plum yeast cake, forest berries, plum compote, cloves, cinnamon, blackberry, strawberry, herbs, leaves and a light smoky note. The body is firm, with a defined tannin structure, and the finish is long with spice and fruit. This dry red is made from Spätburgunder and carries twelve and a half percent alcohol by volume.
Cieck 2018 Erbaluce di Caluso DOCG
Italian White
Made from Erbaluce selected across estate vineyards, this white wine comes from pergola-trained vines on loose, stony moraine soils at about 320 metres, with south and south-westerly exposures. The grapes are destemmed and pressed, then fermented at low temperature for twenty-one days. Four months in stainless steel follow. Hawthorn and fruit accompany a straw-yellow colour with green highlights and a lively acidic structure.
Envinate 2019 Lousas Viñas de Aldea
Spanish Red
Mencía grows on slate and granite between 400 and 600 metres. Ten percent whole clusters ferment with wild yeast in open-top vessels. This red wine matures for eleven months in used French oak without racking, then is bottled without fining or filtration. Black pepper, pomegranate and herbs appear with spicy tannins and a dry finish.
Bodegas del Monge-Garbati 2018 Viña Ane Centenaria Blanco
Spanish White
Nine white varieties form the blend: forty percent Viura, twenty-five percent Malvasía, seven percent each Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc, five percent Torrontés, and four percent each Garnacha, Verdejo, Tempranillo Blanco and Maturana Blanca. The fruit comes from a vineyard in San Vicente de la Sonsierra that was planted in nineteen hundred and five. Maturation takes place in French oak barrels that had previously held white wine.
La Massa 2021 Toscana IGT
Italian Red
Sangiovese makes up sixty percent of the blend, with twenty percent Cabernet Sauvignon; the remaining twenty percent combines Merlot and Alicante Bouschet. Fermentation is spontaneous, with punchdowns, pumping through peristaltic pumps and temperature control. The wines mature in French oak barrels, twenty percent new. Grapes were harvested from mid-September through the first half of October, and bottling took place in May.
Synchromesh 2022 Storm Haven Vineyard Black Label Pinot Noir
Canadian Red
Pinot Noir comes from two small blocks spanning 1.33 acres. The two blocks were planted in two thousand ten and two thousand fourteen. The vineyard sits above Okanagan Falls, with large elevation changes and varied geology. Farming avoids synthetic inputs and chemicals and follows a holistic approach within the existing ecosystem. A sixty-five-acre sanctuary surrounds the cultivated vines and protects sensitive habitat for local wildlife.
Rennersistas 2022 Waiting for Tom Weiss
Austrian White
Cloudy yellow-green with silver reflections, this organic white combines fine herbal spice, candied orange zest, ripe yellow peach, pear, dark minerality, honey and a nutty touch. The body is medium, with pleasant acidity and subtle balsamic character. Chardonnay and Weißburgunder form the blend. The wine is vegan and made with low sulphur, while maturation is mostly in large-format oak with some barriques.
Rennersistas 2017 Waiting for Tom Rot
Austrian Red
Ruby-red and medium-bodied, this organic red brings raspberry, blackberry, red cherry and plum, with orange zest, tobacco and flinty character. The texture is juicy, with fine integrated tannins and a mineral finish. The blend combines Zweigelt, Sankt Laurent and Blaufränkisch. Maturation takes place in 500-litre and larger oak vessels, and the alcohol level is twelve percent.
Pamplemousse Jus 2024 Maréchal Foch
Canadian Red
Deep and inky, this red wine is made entirely from Maréchal Foch, a teinturier grape with dark skin and flesh. Blueberry and blackcurrant shape the fruit profile. The whole clusters are pressed before the juice moves into neutral oak, and alcohol is eleven and a half percent. The fruit comes from Summerland, British Columbia. The variety was developed in Colmar for resistance to cold and vineyard disease.
Ursa Major 2025 Boo-Hoo, Amiright?
Canadian White
Made from Chardonnay grown just outside Naramata, the vines are nine years old and rooted in sandy loam and glacial gravel. The south-west-facing slope is farmed entirely by hand. Whole clusters are pressed into neutral barrels for fermentation and maturation. After eight months on gross lees, the wine is racked and bottled by gravity without fining or filtration, with twenty-five parts per million of sulphur dioxide.
