Viejo Feo 2023 Reserva Carménère

Made entirely from Carménère in Chile's Maule Valley, the wine spends six months in oak, with half of it in French oak. Alcohol is 13.5 percent, and the bottle is closed with a cork.
Jam Jar 2024 Sweet Shiraz
South African Red
Blueberry, blackberry and raspberry flavours are joined by dark chocolate. The wine is semi-sweet, with acidity balancing its sweetness. Made from Shiraz in South Africa's Western Cape, it underwent malolactic fermentation in tank and remained on fine lees. About 20 percent spent six months in French oak. Alcohol is 12.4 percent, residual sugar is 63.7 grams per litre, and the wine is vegan.

French Rosé
Light pink colour accompanies crisp watermelon, citrus and raspberry. Cinsault, Grenache and Syrah form the blend. The dry rosé comes from Coteaux d'Aix-en-Provence. Suggested pairings include salads, seafood, white meats and mild cheeses. Roger Ravoire founded the family company, and his son Olivier later joined the business. Production facilities are based in Salon de Provence.

Made from Cabernet Sauvignon grown organically in Chile, the wine comes from the Central Valley and contains 13.5 percent alcohol.

Rose-petal colour accompanies redcurrant, thyme, peony, grenadine, raspberry and citrus. The palate is delicate, with citrus and red-berry flavours followed by a long, fresh finish. Cinsault is harvested at night, and the grapes undergo six hours of pre-fermentation maceration. The soils include limestone, dolomite, marl, schist and volcanic rock. Suggested pairings include seafood, fish and oysters.

Raspberry and blueberry aromas accompany roasted fig and blackberry jam. Sweet vanilla oak, molasses and black pepper lead to a silky, round finish. The wine is made from Zinfandel grown in California. Golden-raisin and raspberry notes are also present, together with ripe pomegranate and marjoram. Suggested pairings include spicy barbecue dishes, grilled meats and rustic pizza.

Bright ruby colour accompanies young forest fruit. The palate is light, with good texture and fine tannins. Castelão, Trincadeira and Touriga Nacional form the blend. After destemming and crushing, fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless-steel tanks, followed by malolactic fermentation. The wine then remains in stainless steel for four months. Alcohol is 13 percent, and the bottle is closed with a screwcap.

The profile is juicy and lively. Mellow red fruit, dusty herbs and mocha oak form the aroma. The medium-bodied palate includes blackcurrant, olive, mulberry and tobacco, with a generous mid-palate, soft tannins, bright acidity and a lingering finish. Made from organically grown Cabernet Sauvignon, the wine comes from South Australia’s Monash Valley and is sealed with a screwcap.
Corvo 2021 Nero d’Avola Sicilia
Italian Red
Deep ruby-garnet colour accompanies cherry, plum and blackberry, with spice, violet and camphor. The palate is full-bodied, velvety and balanced, with fruit, berry, graphite, liquorice and dried-thyme notes. A long finish is also present. Six to eight days of skin maceration precede alcoholic and malolactic fermentation. The wine then spends at least ten months in large oak casks, followed by time in enamelled vats and one month in bottle.
Veuve Devienne Blanc de Blancs Brut
French Sparkling
Pale yellow colour accompanies peach, mirabelle plum and white cherry, with a mineral note. The acidity is dynamic, the fruit remains present and the bubbles are fine. Airen and Ugni Blanc account for 80 percent of the blend, while Chenin and Chardonnay make up the remaining 20 percent. Classified as Vin Mousseux Brut, the wine is dry and suited to service as an aperitif.

New Zealand White
Fresh herbs, passionfruit and mandarin shape the aroma. Pure fruit and bright acidity lead into a complex, mineral finish. Fruit from the Awatere and Wairau valleys was harvested from March 26 to April 13. Individual parcels were fermented separately with selected yeasts during a long, cool fermentation. The wine is vegan and made from sustainably grown grapes, with 12.5 percent alcohol.

South African Rosé
Summer strawberry flavours are joined by cotton candy, lemon and green melon. Electric acidity meets a measured level of sweetness in this easy-drinking blush. It is naturally sweet, with no added sugar, artificial flavours or artificial colouring. The wine comes from South Africa’s Western Cape. It is a still rosé, while the producer’s separately named Sparkling Sweet Blush has bubbles.

Lemon and other citrus aromas accompany light fruit and a balanced line of acidity. Antão Vaz, Perrum and Arinto form this dry, medium-bodied white from Alentejo. Fermentation and ageing take place in stainless-steel tanks under controlled temperatures. Alcohol is 12.5 percent, and the bottle is closed with a screwcap. Fruit is selected from both estate and contracted vineyards to maintain consistent quality.

Black-fruit aromas accompany a round, ample and fleshy palate with cassis, blackberry and roasted-coffee notes. The blend is 45 percent Syrah, 20 percent Mourvèdre, 20 percent Grenache and 15 percent old-vine Carignan. The fruit comes from clay-limestone soils on Montagne d’Alaric. After destemming, each variety is vinified separately under controlled temperatures, with maceration lasting twelve to fifteen days.

Tropical pineapple and mango define a dry, lightly sparkling drink with low alcohol and a refreshing, easygoing profile. It is made by rehydrating grape pomace—the skins and seeds left after pressing—then fermenting the remaining sugars. Six months in neutral oak allow solids to settle before carbonation, leaving a slight natural haze. The result sits between wine and seltzer in weight and character.

Deep ruby colour has a bright red rim. Ripe, cooked black fruit, sweet vanilla and mocha are present. The palate is rich and full, with balanced tannins and acidity and a long, smooth finish. Touriga Nacional, Alicante Bouschet, Baga, Syrah and Tinta Roriz form the blend. Produced in Portugal’s Douro region, the wine contains 13.5 percent alcohol. Recommended service is between 14 and 18 degrees Celsius.

The varieties are directly pressed, with Cinsault and Tibouren fermented in stainless steel and part of the Grenache and Rolle handled in tulip-shaped concrete tanks.

Fermentation lasts fifteen days with daily pigeage and remontage below 26 degrees Celsius, followed by malolactic fermentation in stainless steel before blending, clarification and bottling.
