Made entirely from Pinot Grigio, the grapes come from Padua vineyards on volcanic and sedimentary soils. Harvest runs from late August into early September. Soft pressing and controlled-temperature fermentation are used. Straw-yellow colour shows green highlights. The aroma is intense and fruit-led; the palate is dry, balanced and structured. The wine carries Delle Venezie DOC and contains 12.5 percent alcohol.
Brotte 2023 La Fiole Côtes du Rhône Blanc
French White
Seventy percent Grenache Blanc is joined by equal fifteen-percent shares of Clairette and Viognier. The grapes receive gentle direct pneumatic pressing and the juice settles overnight at 10°C. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel at 16–18°C, without malolactic fermentation. The wine then rests on fine lees for six months with regular bâtonnage. Alcohol is 13.5 percent and residual sugar is 1 gram per litre.

Lime zest and salinity meet yellow apple, lemon, banana and pineapple in this California white. The palate is savoury and rounded, with natural acidity and freshness. Albariño from Lodi is barrel fermented and spends eight months on its lees. Creamy notes sit alongside the fruit, while the compact 375-millilitre can provides the explicitly acquired single-can format.

Apricot, ripe pineapple, butter and vanilla shape this rich Chardonnay. Citrus, toast and subtle malty notes are also present, while the texture is rounded and fruit-driven. The wine undergoes cool fermentation, matures in wine barrels and finishes ageing in whisky barrels. Grapes come from South Australia, and the wine is certified through Sustainable Winegrowing Australia and Freshcare.

The five-acre vineyard lies beside the South Okanagan River near Oliver, where sandy clay and pea gravel form the site. That growing season began hot, then June brought unusual rain and cool weather before conditions normalized. Fruit ripened in separate waves and was processed in a timely manner. Ferments were clean, and the wines showed good backbone across the harvest.
Santa Julia 2024 Chenin Blanc
Argentinian White
White fruit, floral and mineral notes shape this dry Chenin. The body is light, the texture delicate and the acidity lively, with no oak influence. Apricot and peach also appear, while the finish is fruity. The wine is made entirely from Chenin grown in Mendoza and contains 12.5 percent alcohol with 1.7 grams per litre of sugar.
StoneCap 2017 Estate Grown Riesling Columbia Valley
American White
Estate-grown Riesling comes from Goose Ridge Vineyard in Washington State's Columbia Valley. The valley and its surrounding rivers were formed during the Ice Age, and wind-blown soils leave a cap of stones on hilltops. The broader estate lies on a gentle site near Benton City, beside Red Mountain, with long hot days, cool nights and minimal growing-season rain.

Pinot Beurrot, the grey form of Pinot Noir, grows here on iron-rich clay in Saint-Lay. The golden white opens with dried fruits, almonds, hazelnuts, yellow fruit and vanilla. Its palate is broad, rich and long, supported by subtle oak and fine freshness through the finish. The wine is aged in barrel, and production amounted to 3,900 bottles.
Sandhill 2024 Sauvignon Blanc

Tropical fruit, ripe peach and pineapple shape a fresh, clean aroma in this pale-straw Sauvignon Blanc. The light-bodied palate brings tree-fruit flavours, a refreshing mouthfeel and subtle minerality. Fruit from premium Columbia Valley sites was gently pressed into stainless-steel tanks, cold settled and fermented with selected yeast. Alcohol is 13 percent and residual sugar is 1.9 grams per litre.
Mayhem Wines 2025 Pinot Gris

Pinot Gris shows crisp green apple, pear, lemon blossom and honey, with bright acidity and a creamy mouthfeel. Most of the wine was fermented in stainless steel, while a smaller portion underwent wild fermentation and ageing in neutral oak. The lots were combined before bottling. Alcohol is 12.5 percent, and the finish is crisp and refreshing.

Seven white grape varieties form this blend: Gewürztraminer, Kerner, Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, Pinot Blanc, Viognier and Schönburger. Each was fermented separately in stainless steel before blending. Peach, pineapple and tropical flowers appear alongside melon, apple and green apple. Bright acidity, a crisp persistent finish and Anjou pear are also present. The wine is light-bodied and comes from the Okanagan Valley.

Ripe stone fruit and honey lead onto a round, gently viscous palate with moderate length. Melon and ripe red apple add a fresh, acid-driven line, while a slight nutty lees note appears through the middle. Fruit comes from the Pyrenees and Yarra Valley, and most of the wine is fermented in tank. The style is light-bodied, clean and fresh.

Chardonnay, Gewürztraminer and Riesling form an off-dry white blend drawn entirely from Naramata vineyards. Bright tropical-fruit aromas meet fresh citrus and a light sweetness. The vines grow in silty-loam soils and were fifteen to eighteen years old at harvest. The wine carries 13.1 percent alcohol and pairs readily with fresh British Columbia produce, seafood, dim sum, ramen, spicy curry or barbecue chicken.

This dry Sauvignon Blanc shows golden-straw colour with pale green reflections. Citrus and blackcurrant-leaf notes define the fresh aromatic profile, while the palate is soft and refreshing with fine citrus fruit and delicate acidity. Classic temperature-controlled vinification preserves the direct white-wine character. Serve it with fresh vegetables, seafood, shellfish, fish, salads or goat cheese, preferably between ten and twelve degrees Celsius.

Pecorino comes from the Campotino Vineyard at Collecorvino in Abruzzo. Production includes overnight cryomaceration, complete fermentation in stainless-steel tanks and two months of bottle rest at the estate. The profile is saline, mineral and textural. The wine carries 12.83 percent alcohol, 3.35 pH and total acidity of 6.78 grams per litre. Production totals 4,106 cases.

Viognier and Sauvignon Blanc are blended in equal proportions from chalk and clay soils. Lime, grapefruit and exotic fruit accompany a pale-yellow colour with silver and green tints. Crisp freshness, roundness, acidity and a fruity finish are also present. Production includes skin contact, low-temperature maceration, controlled fermentation, lees ageing with stirring and cool tank storage.

The style is dry and modelled on Pinot Grigio, with subtle pear, honeyed apple and earthiness. The wine comes from British Columbia’s Okanagan Valley and carries thirteen percent alcohol, with 7.4 grams per litre of residual sugar.

Dry and intensely aromatic, the white blend shows rose petals, lemon blossom and fresh apple, banana, pineapple and lime. The palate is fine, with pleasant acidity. It is a still wine. Roditis and Moschofilero form the wine under the PGI Peloponnese designation. Pair it with salads, lemon chicken, steamed mussels or fresh white cheeses with acidity.

The estate vineyard occupies a west-facing slope with well-drained gravelly glacial till and sandy loam, while the lake moderates the climate. Other local sources include Ritchie Vineyard and Carr’s Landing, where Pinot Gris grows on sloping sites. Pinot Gris is one of the established varieties in the estate vineyard.

Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel, and fine-lees ageing lasts at least eight months.

Bucci 2018 Verdicchio dei Castelli di Jesi Classico Superiore

Deep straw colour leads into a fruity, persistent profile of Golden Delicious apple and almond. The palate has good body, balance, silky texture and finesse. Verdicchio is harvested by hand, gently pressed and vinified by vineyard parcel in stainless steel. Only the first pressing is selected, with no skin contact. The wines remain on their lees until spring, and malolactic fermentation is not induced.

Baked apple, poached pear, tangerine and pink grapefruit appear in a spicy, fruit-led profile. The wine is full-bodied and off-dry, with grapefruit, lemon and apple character. It ferments in stainless steel and spends two months on the lees. Gewürztraminer comes from the Skaha Bench in the Okanagan Valley. Serve it cool with spicy noodles or sweet-and-sour chicken.

Creaminess appears with lemon and stone character, freshness and a warming finish.
