The fruit is drawn from sustainably farmed vineyards, where cover crops, drip irrigation and organic materials are among the vineyard practices.

Slightly off-dry, with bright citrus, fresh herbs and concentrated fruit supported by fresh acidity. Lemon zest, lime, pine and floral notes appear with fresh-cut grass and petrol. Vibrant orchard fruit and juicy acidity are also present. The grapes are hand harvested, then crushed and pressed. Fermentation is followed by four months of rest, shaping a cool-climate Riesling from the Okanagan Valley.

Citrus, apricot, flint and fine vanilla appear in the profile. The palate is round and silky, with intense fruit, measured oak and a fresh finish; these elements remain in balance. Gewürztraminer supplies spice, Pinot Gris body, Riesling finesse, Muscat a grapey character, and Pinot Blanc and Sylvaner refreshment. The grapes are harvested by hand from clay and limestone soils around Riquewihr. Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled vats between eighteen and twenty-four degrees Celsius. Natural clarification and light filtration precede cellar ageing. The wine contains thirteen-point-five percent alcohol and 4.4 grams per litre of residual sugar.
Miopasso 2018 Fiano Terre Siciliane IGP

The Viognier was hand-picked, sorted twice, whole-cluster pressed and cool-fermented in stainless steel without malolactic fermentation or lees stirring. The wine is vegan.

Golden-yellow colour leads to kumquat, honeysuckle, quince and citrus blossom. The palate is rounded and medium to full in body, with crisp acidity, yellow fruit, fresh ginger and pineapple through a long finish. Chenin Blanc comes from Simonsberg/Paarl and Perdeberg. Wild-yeast fermentation uses barrels and tanks, with part of the wine spending twelve months in French oak and regular fine-lees stirring.
