Federici 2024 Le Coste Vermentino Lazio IGT
Italian White
Pale straw colour with golden highlights appears alongside white flowers, jasmine, exotic fruit and aromatic herbs. The palate is fresh, soft and savoury, with a touch of almond. Made entirely from Vermentino grown near Zagarolo on tuffaceous soils, the grapes are pressed gently and fermented at low temperature. The wine spends six months in stainless steel on fine lees, with weekly bâtonnage, and carries 13 percent alcohol.
Sea Star 2024 Stella Maris
Canadian White
Spicy fruit aromas lead to pear and fresh apple, followed by a very long finish. The blend comprises Gewürztraminer, Pinot Gris, Schönburger and Ortega. The winery stands on Pender Island beside a seven-acre estate vineyard. Its island grape sources also include Clam Bay Farms, while further fruit comes from growers in the Cowichan Valley. The vineyards are dry-farmed, and organic herbicide is used only when required.
Domaine de l’Idylle 2017 Vieille Vigne d’Idylle Cruet Jacquère
French White
Intense crisp lemon fruit appears with tight acidity and a creamier touch of baked apple. The wine is made entirely from Jacquère grown on clay-limestone soils formed by Alpine scree. Long, low-temperature fermentation is followed by full malolactic fermentation and ageing on fine lees, with about twenty percent in oak. The palate is full and fleshy, while good acidity keeps it fresh, and the finish recalls toasted almond.
Angeline 2021 Reserve Sauvignon Blanc California
American White
Key lime, gooseberry, tart apple and citron appear with herbaceous notes. The palate carries vibrant acidity. Sliced pear, apple, grass, celery, green apple and lime are also present. The body is medium to full, and the finish is flavourful. Fruit comes from cool-climate vineyards throughout California. The wine carries 12.5 percent alcohol and is sealed with a screwcap.
Barbadillo 2022 Sábalo Organic Palomino
Spanish White
Pale straw in colour, the wine shows mature apple. The palate is full and silky, with a dry profile, soft mineral character and chalk. Palomino comes from organically farmed vineyards, including Balbaína and Burujena. Fermentation takes place in water-cooled stainless steel. Residual sugar is below two grams per litre, alcohol is 13.5 percent, and the wine is organic.
Visintini 2022 Ribolla Gialla Friuli Colli Orientali DOP
Italian White
Pale straw colour with greenish reflections accompanies lemon, yellow flowers and broom. The palate is dry, lively and fresh, with gentle almond character. Ribolla Gialla is grown in the Friuli Colli Orientali zone. The wine is organic and undergoes temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel. It is kept on fine lees before bottling and carries 12.5 percent alcohol.

Nutty, savoury aromas include green almond and chalk. The palate is energetic and mineral-driven, with brisk acidity, saline grip and a lingering stony finish. Verdicchio from the Pagliano vineyard is fermented with indigenous yeasts. The twenty-year-old site lies at an average altitude of 350 metres on clay-calcareous soils. The wine is organic, carries 13 percent alcohol and is classified as Verdicchio di Matelica DOC.

French White
Pale golden colour with discreet green tints accompanies a refined, subtle nose of Muscat fruit, aniseed and citronella. The palate is fresh, balanced and full, with the sensation of biting into a fresh grape. The finish is persistent and thirst-quenching. Grapes are handpicked from limestone and chalky-clay soils. Four months on fine lees and five months in tank precede bottling.
François Lurton 2022 Les Fumées Blanches Orange Sauvignon Blanc
French White
Stone fruit, tangerine and floral aromas define this skin-contact Sauvignon Blanc. The palate has soft, layered texture and delicate flavour, with elevated acidity and a crisp, harmonious finish. The wine is dry, organic and carries 12.5 percent alcohol. It is made in France and bottled with a natural cork. The release is classified as Vin de France and remains a still white wine.
Orofino 2024 Few and Far Between Washington Series Marsanne

Pale gold with green reflections, the wine shows lemon, white peach, orchard blossom and beeswax. The palate is crisp and light-bodied, with a long finish. Marsanne from Ancient Lakes in Washington ferments and ages in stainless steel and French oak. Alcohol is 13 percent, residual sugar is two grams per litre, and production totals two hundred fifty cases.
Roche 2024 Artist Series Pinot Blanc

Pear and citrus meet a mineral undertone in this clean, refreshing Pinot Blanc. The fruit came from Winter's Hill Estate Vineyard in Dundee Hills, Oregon, after cold damage reduced the Okanagan harvest. The wine was made and bottled at the Naramata Bench winery. The project includes grower Russell Gladhart, and total production was three hundred twenty cases.
Clos du Soleil 2024 Washington Series Sauvignon Blanc

Grapefruit, ripe lemon and green apple are joined by honeysuckle, peach and lime leaf. Guava and white pepper appear with a concentrated, long palate and a soft, creamy mouthfeel. Hand-harvested Sauvignon Blanc receives a four-hour dry-ice skin soak, then ferments in stainless steel and French oak puncheons before five months on lees with weekly stirring.
Bodegas Portia 2024 Verdejo Sobre Lías
Spanish White
Boxwood, coriander and tomato leaf meet tropical fruit and lime in this Rueda white, with fennel, pear, mineral and almond notes also present. Fresh acidity accompanies a creamy, smooth mid-palate and a dry, pithy finish. Verdejo is harvested at night, cold-macerated before pressing and fermented at low temperature in stainless steel on its own lees.
Element[AL] 2023 Pinot Grigio
American White
Orange blossom, honey and melon define this California white. The blend contains ninety-one percent Pinot Grigio and nine percent Albariño and ferments in stainless steel. Alcohol is listed at 11.5 percent. The wine comes in an aluminum bottle that is shatterproof, infinitely recyclable and eighty percent lighter than glass. Its lined interior is designed not to alter the wine's flavour.
Castell 2023 Weiss & Grau
German White
Pinot Blanc and Pinot Gris form this dry VDP.Gutswein from Franken. Williams pear, quince, nutty texture, herbal spice and fresh acidity define the established profile. Fermentation is mainly in stainless steel, with a smaller portion in wooden barrels. The vineyards around Castell are rooted in gypsum-keuper soils. Recommended service is eight to ten degrees Celsius in a white-wine or universal glass.
La Frenz 2025 Freedom 75 Vineyard Clone 21B Riesling

Freedom 75 Vineyard sits on the Naramata Bench at about 1,500 feet, with a westerly aspect, sandy-loam and alluvial soils, and broad day-to-night temperature shifts during ripening. The site spans sixteen acres, thirteen of them planted, and average rainfall is about thirteen inches. Riesling is among the varieties established there, and Clone 21B supplies this bottling.
Giacomo Montresor 2023 Gran Guardia Soave Classico
Italian White
White flowers, pear and almond appear with green apple, lemon zest and crushed stone in a dry Garganega. The wine has bright acidity, a fresh and fruity profile, and a delicate texture, with almond on the finish. Grapes receive a gentle press and brief skin maceration before fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel. Alcohol is twelve and a half percent.
Márcio Lopes 2022 Pequenos Rebentos Loureiro
Portuguese White
Floral notes and a greenish colour accompany a refreshing Loureiro. Grapes come from vineyards in Ponte de Lima, Barcelos and Braga, where sustainable farming avoids herbicides. Fruit is harvested by hand, destemmed and lightly pressed, then settled for forty-eight hours. Fermentation uses natural yeast in stainless steel, and the wine spends at least five months on fine lees before light filtration.
Pierre-Olivier Bonhomme 2022 Sauvignon de Touraine
French White
Creamy notes meet mature apple, chalk, flowers and lemon in a full-bodied Sauvignon Blanc. Fresh almonds and candied fruit are also present, with fresh acidity and a fruity finish. Grapes grow organically on flinty limestone and sandy soils. Lees contact lasts at least five months in tanks and old oak, sulphur use is low, and alcohol is thirteen percent.
Vivezza Vineyard 2025 Ortega

Pear, honey, apple blossom and lemon zest appear alongside floral notes. Bright acidity, a long clean finish and stone-fruit character are also present. Thirty-year-old vines grow on slopes overlooking Victoria. Whole clusters are pressed, fermentation takes place in stainless steel, and the wine is lightly filtered and gently sulphited at the family’s Salt Spring Island winery.
Château Moncontour 2016 Vouvray Moelleux
French Dessert
This still white is made from Chenin Blanc and classified as moelleux. Alcohol is twelve percent. The château stands at the western entrance to Vouvray and overlooks the Loire. Built in the fifteenth century and renovated in the eighteenth, the property includes more than one hundred hectares of vines and a cellar beneath the hillside.
Maison Kuehn 2023 Les Caves de l’Enfer Riesling
French White
Lime and linden blossom appear in a dry profile with lively acidity. Residual sugar is two grams per litre, total acidity is 6.6 grams per litre and alcohol is eleven-and-a-half percent. Fruit for this cuvée comes from parcels around Ammerschwihr on mainly clay-limestone or alluvial soils. Pressing is pneumatic, and the wine spends several months on fine lees.
Lightning Rock 2024 Coyote Canyon Vineyard Albariño
American White
Mineral character sits with Asian pear, stone fruit, spring blossoms and nougat. The palate is layered and creamy, with vibrant acidity and a long finish of ripe stone fruit. Grapes are gently pressed, settled for forty-eight hours and fermented naturally in concrete eggs. The wine undergoes full malolactic fermentation, spends six months in concrete, and is bottled unfined and unfiltered.

East Kelowna is home to the family-owned winery, where every wine is made on site. Riesling is a central focus among the estate’s plantings. Depending on the vintage, fruit may come from the property or from growers elsewhere in the Okanagan. Gustave Lorentz 2020 L’Ami des Crustacés Pinot Blanc
French White
White flowers, honey, melon, citrus, pear and white peach form the aromatic profile. The palate is lively and dry, with integrated acidity and a mineral note. Fruit comes from hillsides around Bergheim, where heavy clay and limestone soils predominate. The blend comprises seventy percent Pinot Auxerrois and thirty percent Pinot Blanc, and the wine is matured in stainless steel.
Quinta de Santiago 2017 Alvarinho Reserva
Portuguese White
Pear and peach accompany a pronounced mineral character and a long finish. The dry profile has a chalky texture. This white wine is made from Alvarinho grown in Portugal’s Vinho Verde region, within Monção e Melgaço. Alcohol is thirteen-and-a-half percent. Production was limited to four thousand bottles, with total acidity measured at six-and-a-half grams per litre.

Bright citrus and tangy acidity accompany a crisp, fruity profile. Lemon curd, orange peel and chalk appear with toasted almond, roasted peanut and a mineral-dust note. A brisk, rich texture is also present. Arinto and Antão Vaz form the blend. The grapes ferment at low temperature in stainless steel. The wine carries thirteen-and-a-half percent alcohol and comes from Alentejo.
Fort Berens 2024 Small Lot Pinot Gris

Pear, quince, melon and passion fruit appear with bright acidity and a mineral, stony character. The fruit comes entirely from Lillooet, including Dry Creek and Winch Spur vineyards. The grapes are destemmed and crushed; four hours of skin contact are used. Cool fermentation and four months on the lees take place in stainless steel. Pink grapefruit, lime blossom and tangerine are also present.
Meinklang 2024 Grüner Veltliner
Austrian White
Granny Smith apple, lime, peach and white pepper accompany a dry, light profile with lively acidity. Grüner Veltliner grows on sandy loam. The grapes are gently pressed into stainless steel, where fermentation and a short period of lees ageing take place. The wine is loosely filtered and bottled with ninety parts per million total sulphur. Alcohol is eleven-and-a-half percent.
