Made entirely from Airén, the wine ferments spontaneously with indigenous yeasts after a manual harvest. Skin contact lasts about four months in stainless steel, followed by two months in amphora. It is bottled by gravity without fining, filtration or added sulphites.

Fruit comes from the Wendell, Arrowleaf Estate and Ritchie vineyards in Lake Country. Residual sugar is five grams per litre, and the wine is dry and vegan.

Moscato Giallo comes from the home vineyard on the Naramata Bench in the Okanagan Valley. Alcohol is ten-point-eight percent, and the wine was produced in British Columbia.
