Lemon thistle, verbena, white asparagus and spring green vegetables appear alongside river stones and white pepper. The estate-grown Sauvignon Blanc comes from deep gravel soils in Chile’s Central Valley. Native fermentation takes place in stainless steel, and the wine does not undergo malolactic fermentation. It rests on fine lees for three months. Organic farming is used for the vineyard.
