Noble Ridge 2025 Classic Pinot Grigio

Pear, apple and lemon appear in a bright, dry profile with a smooth finish. Made entirely from Pinot Grigio, the grapes are harvested by hand and fermented in stainless steel. The wine contains 13.5 percent alcohol, with a pH of 3.32, total acidity of 5.9 grams per litre and residual sugar of 2.1 grams per litre.

About Noble Ridge Vineyards & Winery
Jim and Leslie D'Andrea established Noble Ridge after buying vineyard land in Okanagan Falls in 2001. Their first vintage followed in 2003, and the family-owned property has since grown to 24 acres. The vineyards experience warm growing days, cool nights and varied exposures.
