Ageing also takes place in tank.

American White
Apple, pear, spice and ripe citrus appear in a detailed, focused profile. Fresh stone fruit appears with bright acidity and layers of stony character recalling river stones and peach stone. This Chardonnay comes from Freedom Hill Vineyard in Oregon's Willamette Valley. The profile also includes fruit character, buttery vanilla and a light palate with depth.
Cave de Chautagne 2023 Roussette de Savoie Vieilles Vignes
French White
Pale yellow with golden reflections, the wine shows pineapple, peach and hazelnut. A lively, balanced opening leads to an ample, creamy palate and a long finish. The old-vine white is made entirely from Altesse, a grape native to Savoie. It is classified as a dry white under Roussette de Savoie AOC. The release received a gold medal at the Concours Général Agricole in Paris.
Maison Kuehn 2023 Les Caves de l’Enfer Pinot Gris
French White
Golden yellow in colour, with smoke, dried apricot, vineyard peach, undergrowth, melon and yellow fruit. The palate is full, with apricot, a light honey note and freshness on the finish. Pinot Gris grows on clay-limestone slopes at Ammerschwihr with east and southeast exposure. Pneumatic pressing precedes several months on fine lees. Residual sugar is 13.2 grams per litre, and alcohol is twelve percent.
Domaine Pellé 2017 Les Bornés Menetou-Salon Blanc
French White
White flowers and citrus appear in an aromatic profile. The palate is full, rich and tender, with fruit and underlying minerality. Sauvignon Blanc grows on Kimmeridgian marl in vines averaging twenty-five years. The grapes are pressed pneumatically on arrival, then the juice is settled. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel, followed by six months on the lees in stainless steel.
Domaine Boucabeille 2023 Les Terrasses Blanc Côtes du Roussillon

Floral and mineral notes define this dry white. The blend combines Grenache Blanc, Grenache Gris, Macabeu and Roussanne from schist soils on the Força Real hill. The grapes were harvested by hand in August and whole clusters were pressed directly. Vinification and maturation took place in tank. The wine contains twelve and a half percent alcohol and 0.6 grams per litre of residual sugar.

Golden in colour with green reflections, this dry white combines fruit and floral aromas with a rich, harmonious body. Freshness remains well balanced across the palate, and the profile stays firmly dry. Graševina comes from Kutjevo in Slavonia, and the wine contains twelve and a half percent alcohol. Serve cool alongside chicken, lighter dark-meat dishes or white sea fish.

Green apple, pear, lime, apricot and peach meet thyme, white pepper and a light herbal note. The palate is juicy and crisp, with discreet minerality, refreshing acidity and a dry finish. Spontaneous fermentation took place in stainless steel, followed by one year on fine lees in the same material. The profile carries medium body and measured length.
Neon Eon 2018 Sauvignon Blanc
Canadian White
Off-dry in style, this Sauvignon Blanc was made as a natural white wine without added sulphur. The fruit came from organically or biodynamically farmed Okanagan vineyards. Fermentation proceeded spontaneously, with no commercial yeast, enzymes or other additions. The wine was bottled without fining or filtration. The project began with this first vintage, following a strict no-additions and no-removals approach.
Kumeu River 2025 Village Chardonnay
New Zealand White
Lively lime and lemon aromas meet flinty mineral character, fig and white peach. The mid-palate is weighty, with peach ripeness and crisp mineral acidity. One quarter was fermented in old French oak barriques and three quarters in stainless steel, leaving little oak influence. The wine was made from Chardonnay grown in Auckland and bottled under screw cap.
Mas des Caprices 2018 Le Blanc de l’Oeuf Corbières Blanc
French White
Fresh white fruit, chopped herbs and a dry saline finish define a rounded yet fresh profile. Carignan Blanc, Macabeu and Grenache Blanc make up the blend. The wine is raised in an egg-shaped cement vessel, contributing breadth and suppleness. The biodynamically farmed estate works sixteen hectares across the limestone plateau of Leucate and the schist foothills of Corbières.
Lake Breeze 2024 Albariño
American White
Bright and vibrant, with citrus, green apple, stone fruit and subtle mineral notes. The palate is crisp and clean, with tart but balanced acidity alongside melon and pear. Fruit comes from the Ancient Lakes appellation in central Washington’s Columbia Valley, and the wine was crafted on the Naramata Bench. Albariño grown in Washington was made into wine in British Columbia for this release.
Francesco Cirelli Vino Bianco

Organically farmed fruit comes from clay-and-limestone soils. After hand harvesting in small crates during the third week of September, the grapes are destemmed and placed in tank for a twenty-four-hour maceration. The skins are then separated from the juice and pressed gently. The dry white is vinified in stainless steel, rests there for approximately four months and is bottled at twelve percent alcohol.
Megyer 2023 Tokaji Dry Furmint
Hungarian White
Apple, mango, pineapple and herbs form the fruit profile. The dry white is spicy and firm, with moderately high acidity and a forceful finish marked by mineral character, bitterness and warmth. It is made entirely from Furmint grown in the Megyer vineyard. Maturation combines five months in oak with four months in stainless steel, and the vineyard is organically farmed.

White flowers, citrus and mineral notes meet apple and gentle yeasty nuances. The palate has fresh acidity, texture and length. Made from Melon de Bourgogne, the dry white is bottled at twelve and a half percent alcohol. It comes from the Loire Valley and carries biodynamic production status. The clean, refreshing style can accompany oysters and other shellfish.
Paternoster 2017 Vulcanico Falanghina Basilicata IGT
Italian White
Bright straw yellow with green reflections, this Falanghina offers delicate white flowers and light fruit. The palate is fresh and balanced, with a clean finish and gentle persistence. Fermentation and maturation take place in stainless steel. The grapes come from Basilicata around Monte Vulture. The dry white is bottled at thirteen percent alcohol and suits an aperitif, fish, vegetables or fresh cheese.
Di Lenardo 2023 Father’s Eyes Chardonnay

Smoky Chardonnay combines vanilla and hazelnut with creamy apple pastry, lemon meringue and graham-cracker flavours. The rich style remains bright and fresh through juicy acidity. Production includes partial fermentation, three months in new American oak barrels, maturation on fine lees and complete malolactic fermentation. The wine comes from Friuli-Venezia Giulia, and the bottling uses composite DIAM corks.

Light straw to soft gold in colour, this dry Sukholimanskiy offers white flowers, acacia, pear, green apple, mango and fresh-cut grass. White peach and lemon peel are also present. The palate is light and enveloping, with freshness, acidity and a saline mineral finish. Produced without wood in Ukraine's Odesa region, the wine is bottled at eleven and a half percent alcohol.
Emandare Vineyard 2023 Sauvignon Blanc

The Sauvignon Blanc vines grow on a south-sloping Cowichan Valley hillside in the rain shadow of Mount Prevost, overlooking Somenos Lake. The site includes some of Vancouver Island's oldest plantings of the variety. The wine undergoes natural fermentation without new oak. The estate stewards this Cowichan Valley property alongside nature and uses old-world, low-intervention cellar methods.
Kamara Pure 2021 Stalisma White

Dry, this white combines eighty percent Malagousia with twenty percent Xinomavro vinified as blanc de noir. Indigenous yeasts carry the fermentation, with no oenological substances or added sulphites. The wine is bottled without filtration at twelve percent alcohol. It comes from the Kioutsoukis family near Thessaloniki. Stalisma refers to a flock resting in a shaded, cool place during summer.

Melon and yellow-fleshed peach meet fresh sage in a taut, juicy and zesty profile. The grapes grow on a gentle south- and southeast-facing slope at 220 to 350 metres, rooted in chalky gravel soils with abundant humus. They are harvested by hand, fermented for about three weeks in stainless steel and aged on fine lees for another five months.

Made in Nova Scotia, this aromatic white blend brings ripe Asian pear, lychee and white peach together with lilac and violet. The palate is light-bodied, softly rounded and off-dry, with bright acidity and a graceful fruit-and-floral finish. L’Acadie, Petite Milo, Seyval, Geisenheim and Siegerrebe form the blend, and fermentation takes place entirely in stainless steel.
De Fermo 2022 Concrete Bianco

Pecorino and Chardonnay form the blend. Fermentation and ageing take place in concrete, using grapes from vineyards around 300 metres. Nettle, daisy, almond blossom and apple appear in a pale-yellow wine with a savoury, slender palate and stony character. Biodynamic farming excludes systemic chemical treatments, while the cellar uses no selected yeast, fining, filtration or synthetic processing aids.

Across the producer’s Côte Chalonnaise range, Montagny is associated with mineral character and Chardonnay with richness. The wine is a still white expression within this range.
Domaine Roc de l’Abbaye 2023 Sauvignon Blanc Val de Loire

Dry and fresh, with a clear, light and restrained profile, this Sauvignon Blanc is made under the Val de Loire IGP. It is suited to serving as an aperitif or with fish, fresh goat cheese and asparagus. At twelve percent alcohol, it has medium ageing potential and can gain complexity and finesse over time in the cellar.
Scout Vineyard 2020 Pinot Gris

Watermelon, orange blossom, blood orange, rhubarb, strawberry and rosemary define the profile. Pinot Gris comes from two British Columbia sites: Scout Vineyard in the Similkameen and Kozier Vineyard in Naramata. Fruit from Scout Vineyard was destemmed into two qvevri, with skin ferments lasting fourteen days and three months. The Kozier portion spent seven days on skins in open-top fermenters before pressing into stainless steel. The wine was bottled unfined, unfiltered and without added sulphur.
Domaine Julien Besse 2021 Mâcon-Péronne Vieilles Vignes
French White
Made from Chardonnay, this still white wine comes from Mâcon-Péronne in southern Burgundy. The producer works sixteen hectares in Péronne, near Clessé, at the northern end of the Mâconnais. The estate is recognized under France’s High Environmental Value framework. Mâcon-Péronne is one of its AOC wines, alongside Mâcon, Mâcon Villages, Crémant de Bourgogne, Bourgogne and Bourgogne Aligoté.
Sage Hills 2023 Field Blend
Canadian White
Lemon, lime, green apple and white peach appear in a dry profile. The blend contains 70 percent Pinot Gris and 30 percent Gewürztraminer from an estate vineyard in Summerland. The fruit was whole-cluster direct pressed and co-fermented, then spent seven months on lees in stainless steel. Twenty parts per million of sulphur dioxide were added before bottling. The sixteen-year-old vineyard is certified organic and rooted in sandy clay loam over broken bedrock.
