Broken stone, wild herbs, earthy grass and eraser notes meet lime leaf, lime pith, green apple, verbena and pear. The palate is medium-bodied, with nervy acidity and a brisk, grippy finish. Riesling comes from an established two-acre block on deep silty soil. The fruit is sustainably farmed, cropped low and cellared for two years before release.
Quinta do Vale Meão 2021 Meandro Branco
Portuguese White
Very pale yellow-green with silver reflections, the wine combines meadow herbs, white apple, pear, mango and lime zest. Ripe stone fruit and fine acidity meet a mineral-salty finish. Rabigato and Arinto form the blend. The wine is dry and matures on its lees in stainless steel without oak. Its profile is crisp and textured, with basil also present.
Jean Loron 2018 Rift 71 Sans Soufre Chardonnay
French White
Bright citrus, pear and green apple meet a hint of lees in a fresh, taut Chardonnay. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel, where the wine rests briefly before bottling. No sulphur is added during production. The palate is crisp and zippy, with a tight structure. This dry white wine comes from Mâcon-Villages in Burgundy. The Loron family has made wine since 1711, with its eighth generation overseeing production.
Redstone Winery 2019 Limestone Vineyard Chardonnay
Canadian White
Bright straw in colour, the wine shows toast, spice, apple, peach and lemon with a thread of minerality. It is medium-bodied and dry, with integrated oak and good length. Chardonnay comes from Limestone Vineyard in the Twenty Mile Bench. The wine carries thirteen percent alcohol, one gram per litre of residual sugar and was produced in a one-hundred-case lot.
A Sunday in August 2025 Pinot Gris
Canadian White
Watermelon-candy fruit meets a fresh, rounded texture in this Pinot Gris, which includes a dash of Gewurztraminer. The fruit comes from Kelowna in British Columbia and is organically farmed. Natural fermentation follows five days of maceration, and élevage takes place in stainless steel. The wine is bottled unfined and unfiltered, with low sulfur and nothing else added.
A Sunday in August 2024 Pinot Gris
Canadian White
Dark pink in colour, the wine is dense and concentrated, with watermelon and candied-strawberry character. Pinot Gris comes from Johan Vineyard in Oregon's Willamette Valley, where the fruit is certified biodynamic and regeneratively farmed. The grapes are pressed directly, fermented naturally and raised in a neutral oak puncheon. The wine is bottled unfined and unfiltered with twenty-five parts per million of sulfur.
Clos du Tue-Boeuf 2020 Le Petit Buisson
French White
Made from Sauvignon Blanc, the wine shows ripe apple, fresh herbs, citrus and flint. It is medium-bodied and refreshing, with bright acidity, a delicate texture and a long finish. Grapes are hand harvested and gently pressed. Fermentation occurs in neutral vessels with wild yeast, followed by six months on the lees in Burgundy barriques. It is bottled without fining or filtration.
Little Farm Winery 2022 Pied de Cuve Chardonnay

Smoked lemon and grapefruit appear with spice, red apple and a hint of cherry. The palate is fresh and delicate, with pristine lemon fruit. Chardonnay from an organic vineyard in Cawston was fermented with a pied-de-cuve starter, divided between older barrel and tank, and matured on gross lees for ten months. It was bottled unfined and unfiltered, with minimal sulphur added at bottling.
Vini Aurora 2018 Fiobbo Offida Pecorino
Italian White
The yellow colour is bright without being deep. A slight initial reserve gives way to fresh floral character with a touch of botrytis. The palate is both soft and incisive, with acidity, salinity and freshness alongside a lightly mentholated finish. Pecorino is the sole variety. Half of the wine ferments and matures in large barrels, with the remainder handled in stainless steel; both parts age for a year before blending.
Terravista Vineyards 2025 Verdejo
Canadian White
Nectarine opens the profile with delicate stone-fruit and floral notes. Ripe melon and fresh citrus accompany a textured, medium-bodied palate, while key lime gives the finish a dry, tart edge. The Verdejo was hand-picked in two lots, twenty days apart, then whole-cluster pressed. Fermentation used stainless steel and twenty-eight percent concrete. Lees ageing lasted five months, and alcohol is 13.4 percent.
Domaine Artema 2024 Chardonnay Village
American White
Apples lead the fruit profile, joined by pears and peaches. The Chardonnay is fresh and light, with softness on the palate and a leesy finish. Fermentation is divided equally between stainless steel and neutral French oak barrels. The wine undergoes complete malolactic fermentation and ages on its lees in tank with periodic stirring. Fruit for the release came from Washington State.
Domaine Zind-Humbrecht 2020 Muscat Turckheim
French White
Muscat d’Alsace accounts for eighty-five percent of the blend, with fifteen percent Muscat Ottonel. The thirty-seven-year-old vines grow on gravelly silt and loam at the edge of Herrenweg de Turckheim, where the microclimate is warm. Fermentation was quick and finished bone dry. Pale yellow-green colour accompanies delicate floral aromas, an airy texture and soft velvet on the palate. The profile has tannic structure and a long finish.
Campi Valerio 2023 Fannia Falanghina del Molise
Italian White
Falanghina comes from a one-hectare vineyard in Monteroduni, planted at 560 metres on mainly clay soil. Harvest takes place in mid-September, followed by alcoholic and malolactic fermentation in stainless steel. Orange blossom and yellow-fleshed fruit appear with freshness, balance and pronounced minerality. The wine is dry and carries a medium finish, with field flowers, pear and white pepper also present.
Stoller Family Estate 2021 Dundee Hills Chardonnay
American White
Chardonnay opens with wet stone and lemon tart. Persimmon and starfruit appear with firm vibrancy and tension. The finish is clean and taut, with plusher fruit flavours lingering. Fruit comes from south-facing Dundee Hills sections planted on well-drained red Jory soil. Fermentation and ageing use stainless steel, concrete and neutral French oak, followed by three months together in tank.
Famille Ducourt 2019 Réserve de Famille Bordeaux Blanc
French White
Toasted and vanilla notes appear with citrus zest, acacia flowers and white peach. The palate is round, with white fruit, honey, freshness, structure and a long finish. Sauvignon Blanc and Sémillon form the blend. Fruit is selected from one plot for the vintage. Skin-contact maceration is used, followed by six months on fine lees in French oak barrels.
Thorn & Burrow 2021 One Day Gewürztraminer

Gewürztraminer forms this natural white wine from British Columbia. Alex Thornley built the project around low-intervention winemaking and organically grown fruit sourced from sites across the province. The wines are made in small batches rather than from an estate vineyard. Each release follows the available fruit and the conditions of its vintage, and the labels are bold, graphic and unconventional.
Banshee 2021 Sonoma Coast Chardonnay
American White
Chardonnay has aromas of honey, rice cake, ripe Bosc pear, butterscotch and lemon. Apple pie, lemon tart and caramel appear with moderate weight and depth of flavour. The wine is round and delicate, with bright acidity and a creamy finish. Maturation lasted eight months, with twenty-two percent new French oak and a portion held in stainless steel.
Bodegas Viñátigo 2021 Listán Blanco de Canarias
Spanish White
Listán Blanco, also known as Palomino, comes from ungrafted vines on Tenerife's volcanic slopes, 500 to 900 metres above sea level. Grapes are harvested by hand and fermented with indigenous yeast in stainless steel. Lemon, green apple, kiwi and grapefruit appear with fennel, salt and stone. The palate has fresh citrus, herbs, vibrant acidity, concentration, medium weight and length.
Averill Creek Vineyard 2021 Somenos Traminer
Canadian White
Gewürztraminer comes from an exposed, sloping area near the top of the estate vineyard. The site combines alluvial Royston-Qualicum soil with sandy loam and is dry-farmed using permacultural and regenerative practices. The vineyard lies on the mid-slope of Mount Prevost in the Cowichan Valley. Its elevation ranges from 118 to 240 metres within Vancouver Island's dry-summer climate.
Ursa Major 2022 Sham Savere Riesling Pinot Gris

Riesling and Pinot Gris form this white blend from Stoneface Vineyard on the Naramata Bench. The steep site faces southwest and has been farmed organically since the current team took over its lease. The project uses sustainable cellar practices and focuses on purity, place and varietal character. The wine was part of the vineyard's debut collection alongside a Gamay release.
Domaine de Naisse 2022 Mâcon-Villages Travers
French White
Chardonnay comes from twenty-year-old vines in the Naisse locality around the estate. The parcel lies on a northwest-facing slope, and the vines were planted on Riparia rootstock. The wine arose from a collaboration with a Paris restaurateur and wine merchant, with artwork by illustrator Matthias Bourdelier. Vineyard work follows sustainable, lutte-raisonnée practices in the Mâconnais.
Luc Baudet 2023 Sur le Pont Viognier Pays d’Oc
French White
Apricot and pear appear with a hint of honeysuckle and a mineral finish. The wine is made entirely from Viognier under the Pays d’Oc designation in Languedoc. Vineyard parcels are selected along the Rhône for their exposure, and the vines are tended with respect for nature. The winemaker’s earlier experience included whisky distilling, olive oil and cheese.
Lunessence 2023 Estate Single Vineyard Chardonnay
Canadian White
Chardonnay from the Summerland Bench estate is foot trodden, wild fermented and aged for five months in French oak. Complete malolactic fermentation is used, and the texture is creamy. Honey, vanilla and red apple appear in a perfumed profile. The estate vineyard is farmed organically and sustainably in Summerland within the Okanagan Valley. Alcohol is thirteen and a half percent.
Domaine Cazottes 2021 Champêtre Blanc
French White
Fresh apple and pear accompany a lively profile with slight roundness and no residual sugar. Mauzac Blanc comes from organic vines on clay-limestone slopes near Cahuzac-sur-Vère. Whole clusters are pressed into tank for a cool overnight settling, then racked to tank for fermentation and maturation. The wine is lightly filtered before bottling with a judicious addition of sulphur dioxide. The vineyards receive biodynamic treatments.
La Frenz 2024 Tudor Hills Vineyard Semillon
Canadian White
Semillon fruit comes from a family vineyard in Washington's Yakima Valley and is crafted into wine in British Columbia. Apple blossom, green kiwi and lemonade carry through the profile with lemon curd, peach and flint. The wine is highly fragrant and textured, with bright, savoury elements in the finish. This Washington-fruit release replaced the estate's unavailable local crop for the year.
Vanessa Vineyard 2025 V Series White Blend
Canadian White
Pinot Blanc, Roussanne and Chardonnay are co-fermented after hand picking and whole-cluster pressing. Minimal skin contact preserves delicate flavours. Fresh stone fruit and tropical citrus accompany subtle herbal notes. The pale colour leads to a smooth, rounded palate with generous fruit, balanced acidity and a clean, lingering finish. The blend contains forty-six percent Pinot Blanc, thirty-nine percent Roussanne and fifteen percent Chardonnay.
Château Rives-Blanques 2021 Odyssée Limoux Chardonnay
French White
Creamy lees accompany roasted pineapple, spice, mineral character and citrus fruit. The palate is tactile and medium to full in body, with fresh, balanced acidity. Chardonnay forms the entire wine and the grapes are organically grown. The estate specializes in white wines. Its vineyards lie around 350 metres in a protected ecological area where Mediterranean and Atlantic influences meet.
Spier 2019 21 Gables Chenin Blanc
South African White
Dry-farmed Chenin vines grow in decomposed Malmesbury shale on the Tygerberg hills, fifteen kilometres from the ocean. Six hours of skin contact and overnight settling precede fermentation in French oak vessels of several sizes. The wine remains on its lees in barrel for fourteen months. White peach, pear, toasted almond and wood spice accompany a creamy palate and white-grapefruit acidity.
Okanagan Crush Pad 2020 Free Form Riesling
Canadian White
Organic Riesling from Garnet Valley Ranch is whole-bunch pressed and fermented in stainless steel with natural yeast. Granny Smith apple, tropical citrus and mandarin pith appear in a delicate, refreshing profile. A creamsicle texture accompanies fine Okanagan tension and length. The wine is identified as natural, with no added sulphites and less than ten milligrams per litre of total sulphites.
Andréa Calek 2025 Blonde
French White
This Vin de France white is made entirely from Chardonnay. The grapes are pressed directly and begin spontaneous fermentation with native yeasts, with no sulphur added. Alcohol is 12.5%. Andréa Calek works in Valvignières, a dry village in Ardèche, after experience with Dominique Hauvette and Gérald Oustric. His approach combines disciplined farming with low-intervention cellar work, and he makes the wines himself.
