About Domaine Roc de l’Abbaye
The Clos du Roc was established by a local abbey in 1450; the Mollet family’s winegrowing history reaches back to 1722. Florian Mollet returned to the family estate in 2000 after gaining experience in France and abroad, gradually bringing the Sancerre and Pouilly holdings together. Today, Roc de l’Abbaye covers about seventeen hectares around Saint-Satur, with Sauvignon Blanc dominant and Pinot Noir also planted in the area’s flint-rich soils. The grapes from each parcel are made into wine separately.
