St. Innocent Winery

Mark Vlossak founded St. Innocent in Oregon’s Willamette Valley in 1988, after growing up with a wine-importer father and a mother trained in cooking. He apprenticed with Fred Arterberry Jr., whose work included single-vineyard Pinot Noir and Oregon sparkling wine. Individual vineyards have remained central to St. Innocent, with wines from sites including Freedom Hill, Shea and Temperance Hill.

The team bought and planted Enchanted Way in the South Salem Hills in 2018, harvesting its first estate fruit there in 2023. Pinot Noir leads the range, alongside Chardonnay, Pinot Blanc, Riesling and traditional-method sparkling wines.
