Made from Chardonnay in the village appellation of Montagny, this Burgundy is ripe, balanced and harmonious. Its fruit comes from selected parcels chosen to express the identity of the appellation. Across the producer’s Côte Chalonnaise range, Montagny is associated with mineral character and Chardonnay with richness. The wine is a still white expression within this range.

About Vignerons de Buxy
Vignerons de Buxy began in 1931 when 98 growers from Buxy and nearby villages joined forces to make, store and sell their wine. The cooperative now brings together roughly 120 family farms. The 1977 union with the cellar at Saint-Gengoux-le-National expanded its reach from the Côte Chalonnaise into the Mâconnais. Alongside its Vignerons Engagés sustainability programme, the cooperative plants local trees among the vines to encourage biodiversity.
