Nebbiolo

Clear garnet with a brick-toned rim, opening on dried cherry, rose petal and tar, followed by leather, sweet tobacco, forest floor and anise. Medium-full on the palate, it balances bright acidity with firm, well-integrated tannins. Red currant, dried herbs and savoury spice lead into a long, mineral-edged finish.

Juicy red fruit and cherry are accented by dried herbs and a modest touch of spice. The palate is expressive and medium-bodied, with velvety tannins and enough freshness to keep the ripe fruit in balance. A savoury, lightly spiced finish makes it versatile with risotto, braised pork, grilled pizza or mushroom dishes.

Rose, violet, raspberry and cherry lead a fragrant, immediately appealing nose. The palate is fresh and supple, with soft tannins and an earthy note giving shape to the red fruit. Elegant and easy to approach without losing varietal character, it suits charcuterie, mushroom pasta, roast poultry or lighter meat dishes.

Delicate ruby-red colour accompanies red fruit, sweet spice, violet and rosehip. The palate is energetic and lively, shaped by silky tannins. The blend includes Dolcetto, Nebbiolo, Barbera, Freisa, Albarossa, Slarina and Chatus. Grapes are picked by hand and sorted manually. Each block ferments separately for about twenty days. Maturation lasts approximately four to six months, mainly in stainless steel.

Dolcetto leads the blend, joined by Barbera and a touch of Nebbiolo. The grapes are naturally fermented in stainless steel, then assembled and matured for about six months in cement, while the Nebbiolo component rests in cask. Violet-toned berry fruit meets a light, crunchy profile with clear grip and structure. The components are assembled for bottling in late spring.

Bright red in colour, the wine combines red raspberry and strawberry with rose petal, fresh herb, earthy iron and spice. Juicy red cherry sits alongside crunchy acidity and stern tannins, while crushed rock and lightly scorched earth add savoury detail. The finish is long. The fruit comes from younger vines whose quality could otherwise meet Barbaresco classification, and the wine carries 14.5 percent alcohol.

Garnet colour accompanies a bouquet of marasca cherry and blueberry, with powder, fireplace and tertiary aromas emerging as the wine opens. The palate is austere rather than immediate and develops gradually in the glass. Bunches are gently destemmed and pressed, with maceration lasting at least twenty days in oak and steel vats. Maturation takes place for a minimum of three years in large oak casks.

Ruby with garnet reflections, this wine shows dried flowers, dried plum, red-fruit jam and light spice. The profile is full-bodied, balanced and drinkable. Nebbiolo and Arneis are co-fermented after soft pressing and crushing. Maceration lasts eight to ten days, and the wine spends three to four months in oak. Truffle, cherry, leather and vanilla are also present, with a long finish.

Brilliant garnet colour accompanies violet, red fruit and fine spice. The profile is harmonious and structured, with fine tannins and a round finish. Nebbiolo is vinified in steel tanks with ten days of skin maceration, followed by malolactic fermentation in steel. Maturation lasts at least twelve months across steel, wood and bottle. The wine carries Equalitas sustainability certification.

Bright ruby colour with moderate transparency accompanies cherry, currant, strawberry, rose and violet. The flavour is fresh and the wine is medium-bodied. Nebbiolo grows in the province of Sondrio on south-facing sites between 300 and 700 metres, over sandy and silty decomposed granite. Skin maceration lasts six days. The wine undergoes malolactic fermentation and about eight months of maturation in stainless steel.

Nebbiolo comes from vineyards in Monforte, Monteu, Priocca and Treiso, set between three hundred fifty and four hundred metres. The sites face south and southwest, with marly, calcareous and clay soils. Skin maceration lasts five days at controlled temperature, and fermentation uses native yeast. Maturation takes nine to twelve months in small oak casks, followed by six months in bottle.

Intense ruby in colour, this Nebbiolo shows wild cherry, juicy plum, mature fruit, flowers, resinous herbs and mineral notes. The palate has bright acidity, balanced tannins and persistent fruit. Vines are fifteen to twenty-five years old and grow in sandy, calcareous marl. Production includes a short maceration, native fermentation and up to one year of maturation in large oak barrels. Alcohol is fourteen percent.

Nebbiolo grows in the sandy hills of Roero. The grapes are harvested by hand, then macerated in stainless steel for six to eight days. The wine spends six months in second-use barriques. Violet, dried flowers, white pepper and balsamic herbs define the aromatic profile. The palate is intense and structured, with present tannins and a persistent finish.
