Luigi Giordano

Ruby with garnet reflections, this wine shows dried flowers, dried plum, red-fruit jam and light spice. The profile is full-bodied, balanced and drinkable. Nebbiolo and Arneis are co-fermented after soft pressing and crushing. Maceration lasts eight to ten days, and the wine spends three to four months in oak. Truffle, cherry, leather and vanilla are also present, with a long finish.
