Dolcetto leads the blend, joined by Barbera and a touch of Nebbiolo. The grapes are naturally fermented in stainless steel, then assembled and matured for about six months in cement, while the Nebbiolo component rests in cask. Violet-toned berry fruit meets a light, crunchy profile with clear grip and structure. The components are assembled for bottling in late spring.

About Oddero
Poderi e Cantine Oddero traces its roots in La Morra to family vineyards documented in the eighteenth century. Giacomo Oddero began bottling under the family name in 1878. The estate works across the Langhe and Asti, with Nebbiolo central to its Barolo, Barbaresco and Langhe wines. Barolo and Barbaresco mature in large oak casks, and the range includes wines from Monvigliero, Brunate, Bussia and Villero.
