Lafite Rothschild 2001
"The 2001 Lafite-Rothschild has a little more precision on the nose compared to the millennial Lafite. It’s vivid and focused, featuring blackberry, briar, cedar and mint, and a touch of cola in the background. The palate is well balanced and svelte in texture, building beautifully with aeration to a gorgeous, truffle-tinged finish that is a little spicier than three years ago, when I last tasted this vintage. Maybe it just tails off toward the finish when compared to the 2000. Still, this is an elegant, blue-blooded Lafite-Rothschild that exudes class. 96 points" - Neal Martin, vinous.com, September 2021
Langa Cellars Cabernet Sauvignon 2018
Maison Chatelets Hautes Cotes de Nuits 2018
This heavily discounted Burgundy (regular price would be $64.99/bottle) is made by the quality-driven estate of Domaine de Rochebin. It is made from old vine Pinot Noir planted in the early 1970s. The Domaine itself was founded over one hundred years ago.
Look for red fruit (strawberry and cherry) and hints of violets and spice. Fine, medium- bodied tannins on the palate with soft and refreshing acidity round out this savoury Burgundian red. Utterly delicious on its own and versatile with food.
For wine lovers looking for that rare bottle of Red Burgundy that truly over delivers for the price. This Pinot Noir will stand out on the shelf for being one of the very few offerings under $45.00
Mouton Rothschild Pauillac 2009
Based on expert reviews this vintage of Mouton sits right around 99 points out of 100. You might think it doesn't get much better than that- but it will! Drink now or hold for another decade or two.
Anish Kapoor's work on the label is described by the Chateau as both austere and flamboyant. The gouache for 2009 expresses the fertile thrust of plant life; the result of an intense encounter between matter and light.

2021 - 93 Points, James Suckling:
"This is attractive, with wild strawberries, cocoa-dusted cherries, walnuts and nutmeg. Juicy and pristine on the palate, with medium body, crunchy acidity and sleek cherries and raspberries in the middle. Its both delicate and firm, with a flavorful blue-fruit finish. Drink or hold."

Reverdito Barolo Ascheri 2016
Vineyard: La Morra
Production: 4,000 bottles
Soil: Marl
Barolo produced here is best described as “warm-hearted”. Michele’s Barolo Ascheri comes from the classic chalky soils of La Morra about 250 meters up the steep hillside, inter-planted with several types of grasses and beans to aid biodiversity and soil structure. The resulting wine has an enticing nose of flowers, ripe strawberries and dark cherries, and a good mouthful of plummy ripe elegant fruit. This deceptively mid-weight Barolo has a ton to offer.
Reverdito Barolo Bricco Cogni 2016
Vineyard: La Morra
Production: 4,000 bottles
Soil: Marl
From Michele Reverdito’s favourite cru comes Barolo Bricco Cogni, planted by Silvano Reverdito in 1967, the year he was married. An aromatic powerhouse in 2016 with dark cherry, plum, lavender, spice and licorice all melding beautifully together. This is super-impressive in the early going. Truly a Barolo of class and character, the Bricco Cogni has so much to offer.
Reverdito Barolo Badarina 2016
Vineyard: Serralunga d’Alba
Production: 6,000 bottles
Soil: Limestone
This vineyard is characterized by its considerable altitude, which brings noteable freshness to the Nebbiolo grown here. Bardarina is especially powerful in this vintage. Intense black and blue fruit, leather, licorice, smoke and spices meld together for incredibly dense and complex wine backed up by considerable structure. This is a wonderfully complete Barolo that will reveal its greatness in time.
Reverdito Barolo Castagni 2016
Vineyard: La Morra
Production: 6,000 bottles
Soil: Marl & Limestone
Castagni vineyard lies at an altitude of 370 to 450 metres above sea level. Given the near perfect vintage, the 2016 Castagni offers beautiful drinking now but will most certainly reward cellaring. Incredible value for money here in such a pricey and sought after vintage. Lots of typical dark morello cherry and forest fruit, sweet spice and leather with a more savoury, smoky finish and firm but rounded tannins. This is a remarkably harmonious young Barolo.
Reverdito Barolo DOCG 2016
Production: 16,000 bottles
Soil: Marl & Limestone
Produced from 25 year old Nebbiolo planted on marl and limestone soils. Grapes are hand harvested and fermentation begins naturally using only indigenous yeasts.
Aged 24 months in large 40hL oak casks. Perfect balance, along with enticing anise, mint, and spice aromas; dark plum and cherry flavours; alluring now but with the structure to age.
Reverdito Barolo La Serra 2016
Vineyard: La Morra
Production: 2,795 bottles

One of the most famous and respected vineyards in La Morra municipality. Barolo from La Serra is known for its elegance and freshness. Reverdito’s 2016 La Serra is wonderfully silky and refined yet powerful, with all of the lift that is such a signature of this high-altitude vineyard.
