Corryton Burge 2023 Barossa Shiraz
Australian Red
Red cherry, plum and ripe raspberry appear with milk chocolate, vanilla, cola and woody spice. The palate carries fruit and chocolate flavours, soft integrated tannins and a rounded feel. Fruit comes from estate and grower vineyards across southern and central Barossa. Half the wine matured in oak for fourteen months, predominantly American barrels with about twenty percent French oak.
Olivier Rivière 2022 Rayos Uva Rioja
Spanish Red
Blackberry, raspberry, cedar, cherry in eau de vie and sweet spice appear in a generous, medium-bodied red with present acidity and discreet oak. The blend brings together Tempranillo, Graciano and Grenache from vines averaging thirty-five to one hundred years. Vineyard parcels are worked organically, while the finished wine contains fourteen percent alcohol and 2.1 grams per litre of sugar.
Sage Hills 2022 Barrel Fermented Pinot Gris
Canadian White
Buttery citrus and bright acidity shape this Pinot Gris. Estate fruit was harvested on October 23 and whole-cluster pressed. A combination of new light-toast French oak and neutral oak was used, with bâtonnage limited to the new-oak portion. The wine spent seven months on lees in barrel, received minimal sulphites, and was bottled unfined and unfiltered.
Vignoble de la Jarnoterie 2023 Préludise Rosé Saint-Nicolas-de-Bourgueil
French Rosé
Bright and crisp, this dry rosé brings red-currant freshness, pepper and acidity. It is made entirely from Cabernet Franc grown on sand over clay in the Loire Valley. The wine is produced by the saignée method and fermented in stainless steel. The vineyards are farmed sustainably under HEV3, and the bottling closes with natural cork.
Pamplemousse Jus 2024 Rosé
Canadian Rosé
Drawn from Edgewood Vineyard, this British Columbia rosé contains 12.9 percent alcohol. It comes from a Summerland winery run by James Langford-Smith, Jordan Kubek and Tyler Knight. Each partner brought more than a decade of experience across the wine trade, while the team maintains the farm, tends the vineyard and makes the wines at the property.
Pamplemousse Jus 2024 Table White
Canadian White
Floral and fruity, this table white is naturally fermented, unfined and unfiltered. It is made entirely in stainless steel and presents a round profile. The fruit comes from Summerland, British Columbia. The winery is run by three partners with more than a decade of experience across the wine trade, and its farm, vineyard and cellar work are handled within the team.
Rust Wine Co. 2022 South Rock Vineyard Syrah
Canadian Red
Juicy plum, dark cherry, tarragon, thyme and a hint of iodine appear with ripe dark fruit, wild game and fine-grained tannins. Black-pepper spice marks the finish. The fruit comes from South Rock Vineyard on the Golden Mile Bench in Oliver, and fermentation uses entirely whole berries. The wine is rich and smooth, with a savoury core.
Enderle & Moll 2019 Pinot Noir
German Red
Pale brick-red in colour, this Pinot Noir shows restrained red fruit, rhubarb, herbs, rosemary and cocoa. Its palate carries juicy acidity, fine tannins, strawberry and light spice. Thirty-year-old vines grow in sandstone and limestone. Whole clusters ferment for about a month, followed by a year in used Burgundy barrels and a small sulphur addition at bottling.
Gérard Bertrand 2022 Château de Villemajou Grand Vin Rouge Corbières-Boutenac
French Red
Deep garnet colour accompanies toast, liquorice and clove, with stewed fruit, sweet spice, leather and roasted notes. The blend brings together Syrah, Carignan, Grenache Noir and Mourvèdre. After traditional maceration, the wines are assembled following malolactic fermentation and mature for twelve months in 225-litre Bordeaux barrels. The bottled wine rests for another twelve months before release.
August Kesseler 2023 The Daily August Riesling
German White
Apple, lemon, lime and pear meet wet stone and flint. The palate is bright and fresh, with citrus and orchard fruit, vibrant acidity, a light frame and a mineral finish. Riesling from estate vineyards in Eltville and Erbach grows on sandy loess loam. Parcels are vinified separately in stainless steel and blended before bottling. The dry wine contains eleven-and-a-half percent alcohol.
Tardieu-Laurent 2024 Tavel Vieilles Vignes
French Rosé
Rolled pebbles, red clay and sand define the vineyard soils. The blend is sixty percent Grenache, twenty-five percent Cinsault and fifteen percent Syrah from vines between forty and fifty years old. Maturation lasts six months in concrete tanks. The wine is bottled without fining and with light filtration. Its palate is chiselled, tighter and less full than usual.
Jordi Llorens 2021 Blankaforti
Spanish Red
Cherry, pomegranate and a touch of liquorice accompany ripe fruit. The palate is juicy and fresh, with supple tannins and a light spritz when first opened. Cabernet Sauvignon, Grenache and Syrah grow on limestone in Catalonia. The wine is made without fining or filtration and without added sulphur. It is a red wine from Conca de Barberà.
Clot de les Soleres 2017 Cabernet Sauvignon Àmfora
Spanish Red
Dark fruit, cinnamon, cacao and pine appear in this red wine from Penedès. It is made entirely from Cabernet Sauvignon. Grapes are harvested by hand in boxes and destemmed immediately. The must macerates with skins for twenty days before draining without pressing. Fermentation finishes in temperature-controlled stainless steel, and the wine spends at least eleven months in amphora.
Markus Altenburger 2020 Blaufränkisch Vom Kalk
Austrian Red
Ruby-garnet colour with violet reflections accompanies hibiscus, red berries and fresh cherries. Candied violet and lemon are present, with fine tannin and a saline finish. Blaufränkisch grows on clay and limestone. The wine ferments spontaneously, matures for almost a year in large neutral wooden casks, and is bottled without technical or chemical aids. It contains twelve percent alcohol.
Château de Sancerre 2008 Cuvée du Connétable Sancerre
French White
Made entirely from Sauvignon Blanc, this dry white comes from Sancerre. The cuvée selects fruit from the château’s leading parcels, including limestone and flint soils. The release was marked by noble oak and had capacity for further ageing. The estate’s vineyard covers fifty-seven hectares across four soil types, with vines averaging thirty years of age.
Carpineto 2007 Farnito Cabernet Sauvignon
Italian Red
Smoked meat, spice, dark fruit, blackberry and leather appear with polished tannins and length. The wine is made entirely from Cabernet Sauvignon grown in Tuscany. Grapes come from the Gaville and Chianciano-Montepulciano vineyards. Parcels are vinified separately, then blended after malolactic fermentation. Maturation includes ten to twelve months in small oak barriques and at least eight months in bottle.

Cherries and savoury red liquorice meet black plum, spice and tobacco. The palate is rich and warm, with a long, intense finish. The blend is eighty percent Sangiovese and twenty percent Cabernet Sauvignon. Fruit comes from a west- and southwest-facing site with clay and schist over limestone. The estate covers 104 hectares and belongs to the Contini Bonacossi family.

French Sparkling
Wild red-fruit aromas meet freshness, a dry profile, silky texture and persistent mousse. Made entirely from Pinot Noir, the grapes are hand harvested from thirty-five-year-old vines on the loamy slopes of Eguisheim. Vinification and ageing take place in stainless steel, followed by fifteen months on fine lees. The wine is made by the traditional method and carries Ecocert and Demeter certification.

French White
Fresh lime, star anise and pineapple appear in a lively, crisp profile. The palate is balanced, with a rich, voluptuous mouthfeel and aromatic character. Made from Muscat grapes in Alsace, this white wine contains twelve percent alcohol. It can be served as an aperitif or alongside salmon, asparagus, veal in cream, pear tart or lemon-meringue tart.
Elena Walch 2024 Schiava Alto Adige
Italian Red
Bright ruby colour accompanies a delicate cherry note. The palate is harmonious, with mild acidity and tannin, while bitter almond appears on the finish. The wine is made entirely from Schiava. Fermentation in stainless steel includes six days of skin contact, and maturation takes place in traditional large oak casks. The grapes are handpicked from calcareous soils at medium altitude.

Small red fruits and liquorice appear in this dry red blend of Piedirosso, Aglianico and Olivella. The vines are ungrafted and grow on sandy volcanic soils between 300 and 600 metres in Sant’Anastasia and Somma Vesuviana. Grapes are harvested by hand and fermented with skin maceration in stainless steel. Maturation includes stainless steel, time on fine lees and bottle ageing.

Fresh flowers, fresh fruit and aromatic herbs accompany mineral notes. The palate is fresh and silky, with fruity, savoury and mineral elements. The blend is eighty percent Caprettone and twenty percent Catalanesca. Ungrafted vines are farmed organically on sandy volcanic soils between 300 and 600 metres in Sant’Anastasia and Somma Vesuviana. Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel.
Michele Chiarlo 2023 Il Principe Langhe Nebbiolo
Italian Red
Brilliant garnet colour accompanies violet, red fruit and fine spice. The profile is harmonious and structured, with fine tannins and a round finish. Nebbiolo is vinified in steel tanks with ten days of skin maceration, followed by malolactic fermentation in steel. Maturation lasts at least twelve months across steel, wood and bottle. The wine carries Equalitas sustainability certification.
Can’ Leandro 2023 L’Arenal
Spanish Red
Violet, ripe black fruit, smoky spice and savoury notes appear alongside dark plum, blueberry, cedar and liquorice. Bright acidity accompanies well-integrated oak, structure and weight. The single-plot wine is made entirely from Monastrell grown on sandy silt over a limestone crust at 550 metres. Forty percent of the stems are retained during a thirty-five-day fermentation and maceration in oak casks, followed by eight months in French oak.
Morandé Adventure 2021 Colinas de Ránquil País
Chilean Red
Red cherry and raspberry meet a lightly earthy note. The palate is fruit-driven, with tannins that are present yet fine. País vines grow in Ránquil on granitic hills with abundant quartz. Fruit comes from the selected Las Cruzes vineyard, whose vines are more than one hundred and twenty years old. The wine is made in the Itata Valley of Chile.
Hope Estate 2018 Basalt Block Shiraz
Australian Red
Blackberry and plum meet pepper, cedar, olives, bay leaf, vanilla and a stony charcoal note. The fruit is juicy, with balanced acidity and a medium-plus body. The single-vineyard wine is made entirely from Shiraz grown on red, basalt-rich soils in the Hunter Valley. It matures for thirteen months in a mix of new and old French hogsheads.
Chamisal 2021 San Luis Obispo County Chardonnay
American White
Honeysuckle, green apple and lime zest meet citrus, white peach and a hint of salinity. The acidity is crisp, and the finish is long and vibrant. Chardonnay is sourced from vineyards influenced by the California coast and is fermented and aged entirely in stainless steel. The wine is clean, bright and refreshing, with thirteen-point-five percent alcohol and a screw cap.
Marion 2021 Borgo Valpolicella
Italian Red
Pale ruby colour with violet reflections accompanies small woodland fruit, cherry, perennial herbs and spice. The vineyards lie in Marcellise, outside the Classico zone, on hills east of Verona. The blend is sixty percent Corvina Grossa, twenty-five percent Corvina Gentile and fifteen percent Rondinella. Grapes are harvested by hand and pressed immediately. The vineyards are farmed sustainably, and the finished wine has twelve-point-five percent alcohol.
Mariatinto 2021 Red Blend
Mexican Red
Fresh dark and red fruit, blueberry, violets and rose petals meet spice, leather, cedar and roasted coffee. The blend combines Tempranillo, Syrah, Cabernet Franc, Nebbiolo and Merlot, and matures for one year in French oak. The winery works with grapes from established growers around Ensenada and uses sustainable and organic practices in both vineyard and cellar.
The Wine Umbrella 2022 Chardonnay
Canadian White
Ripe tropical fruit, candied lemon and freshly cut pineapple meet a mostly dry, fresh palate, with modest richness at the finish. Chardonnay from Oliver is partially matured in American oak. The release carries the BC VQA Okanagan Valley designation. These fundraising bottlings raise money for scholarships supporting women in British Columbia’s food and beverage fields through Les Dames d’Escoffier.
