Citrus, peach, nectarine and quince sit with toasted and earthy notes. The wine has a delicate profile, moderate weight and crisp acidity, especially at the finish. Hand-harvested Pinot Gris spends twelve months on its lees. The dry style is certified organic and biodynamic, and the fruit comes from limestone-rich vineyards around Gueberschwihr and Wintzenheim in Alsace.

Austrian Red
A light berry colour accompanies ripe, juicy fruit. The Pinot Noir is silky and light, with hibiscus tea, violet, fresh raspberry, tea tannins and light sweet spice. Fruit comes from biodynamically farmed vines in Burgenland, and the wine carries certified organic status. The dry red contains twelve percent alcohol and is sealed under natural cork.
Weingut Beurer 2022 Kieselsandstein Riesling
German White
Spice and mineral notes accompany red apple, lime and grapefruit. Firm acidity and phenolic grip sit over a supple base, with density, depth and a tactile mineral finish. The dry Riesling is made from hand-harvested fruit, undergoes spontaneous fermentation and is bottled unfiltered. Organic and biodynamic farming is certified by Demeter, while the finished wine carries 12.5 percent alcohol.

French White
A deep, creamy nose sits above a round, juicy profile with freshness, salinity and considerable length. The elevated parcel contains fossilized limestone and Kimmeridgian rock. Seventy-five percent of the wine is raised in barrel, with the remainder in tank, and the bottling is made without added sulphur. The Chardonnay vineyards are farmed organically and biodynamically, and the finished wine is unfined and unfiltered.
Clos Sainte Magdeleine 2023 Cassis Blanc
French White
Hazelnut, coffee and pastry notes sit beside a saline accent. The palate is rounded, with salinity and freshness, while light bitterness appears in the finish. The four-variety blend combines Marsanne at forty-five percent, Ugni Blanc at twenty-five percent, Clairette at twenty percent and Bourboulenc at ten percent. Certified-organic farming is used across the estate's vineyards.
Mount Edward 2020 Ted Pinot Noir
New Zealand Red
Bright red-ruby in colour, with plum, coffee and herb aromas and flavours. Smooth tannins accompany a lively, medium-long finish. Redcurrant, raspberry, liquorice and dark chocolate are also present. The Pinot Noir is grown organically in Central Otago under New Zealand certification, and the bottle carries thirteen and one-half percent alcohol. The overall texture is soft and supple.

Canadian Sparkling
Pale peach in colour, this bone-dry, racy pét-nat carries tangerine, wild strawberry, white peach and crunchy green apple. Clone 787 Gamay comes from the organically farmed Mariani Vineyard on Naramata Bench. Fruit and acidity are balanced, and the wine carries nine percent alcohol. The sparkling rosé follows the ancestral method and was produced in a run of seventy-five cases.
Domaine de l’Ecu 2017 Ange Pinot Noir
French Red
Pinot Noir is harvested by hand, with half the fruit destemmed. Native fermentation takes place in stainless steel, with pumpovers during the first seven or eight days, followed by pneumatic pressing and twelve months in amphora. Bottling is unfined and unfiltered. Ripe black fruit, blackberry, violet and delicate spice accompany a full-bodied profile that combines power with delicacy.
Chanterêves 2022 Bourgogne Blanc
French White
White peach, apple and citrus form the flavour profile of this Chardonnay. The certified-Organic white is made in Burgundy with older barrels and carries twelve and a half percent alcohol. The domaine's white wines ferment spontaneously with indigenous yeasts, spend twelve months in used oak barrels ranging from 228 to 600 litres, and continue in stainless steel without filtration or fining.
Giulia Negri 2017 Barolo La Tartufaia DOCG
Italian Red
Wild berry, redcurrant, spice, tar, rose and earth accompany a full and generous expression. Violet, red cherry, tobacco and nutmeg appear with polished tannins and fresh acidity. Pure red-cherry flavour, lifted rose and fine structure add further detail. The organically farmed Nebbiolo matures for two years in large Slavonian oak casks, using fruit from high-elevation plots in Serradenari.

French White
Grilled sesame, honey, lemon confit, mineral notes and ripe apple accompany a dry, medium-bodied wine with dominant acidity, generous mouthfeel and balanced wood. White blossom, peach, white pepper and toast add further detail. The Chardonnay comes from several smaller Jura parcels on mixed soils. Fermentation and maturation take place in barrel, and the alcohol level is thirteen and a half percent.
Erbaluna 2018 Barolo DOCG Organic
Italian Red
Deep ruby red shows orange highlights. Rose, violet, truffle and tobacco accompany a dry, harmonious profile that is full and velvety. Nebbiolo grows on calcareous clay with southeast exposure. The grapes are hand-picked. Vinification takes eighteen to twenty-four days, and maturation takes place for twenty-four months in large barrels. The vines stand approximately 250 to 280 metres above sea level.

Garrigue, wormwood, violet, raspberry and blueberry accompany a silky texture, with chalky and lightly stemmy character. Fruit cake and tea leaf add further detail. Made entirely from Pinot Noir with whole bunches, the red comes from Sancerre in the Loire Valley. The organically farmed wine has a deep ruby colour, red-fruit detail, balance and a persistent finish.
Grosset 2021 Polish Hill Riesling
Australian White
Lime juice, floral notes and intense lime-pith flavour appear with weight and power. Crisp, ultra-dry and lingering character also feature in this Riesling from the Polish Hill Vineyard in South Australia's Clare Valley. The vineyard and winery are certified Organic and Biodynamic. Only free-run juice is used, and the finished wine is unfined and vegan.

German White
Grapefruit, lemon zest, peach skin and wild herbs accompany ripe yellow fruit. The dry Riesling is tight and crisp, with mineral character, a delicate bitter note, elegance and an extended finish. Fruit comes from the Kiedrich Turmberg site in Germany's Rheingau region. The wine carries the VDP Erste Lage classification and was matured in large wooden casks.

Lemon and lime zest, pear skin and oyster-shell notes accompany a ripe profile with fine, delicate structure, length and freshness. This Chardonnay comes from an east-facing Chablis Premier Cru slope planted in the late nineteen-seventies. The vineyard is farmed organically. Vinification uses native yeasts, with maturation divided between tanks and barrels before light filtration and bottling.

Red berries, dried cherry and sage meet plum, herbs and darker fruit. The palate is juicy, polished, fresh and elegant, with a long finish and rich extract. Made entirely from Sangiovese, the wine comes from a south-facing vineyard on sandstone crossed by limestone. It matures for seventeen months in large oak barrels and is organically farmed.
Riecine 2020 Bianco di Riecine Trebbiano
Italian White
Intense orange colour carries flint reflections. Apricot, strawberry, glue and resin appear on the nose, followed by a fresh, medium-weight palate with slight tannin and a medicinal aftertaste. Made entirely from Trebbiano, the wine ferments in cocciopesto amphorae. Most stays on its skins, while a smaller portion ages without skins in new 500-litre tonneaux before blending.

Spanish Red
Cherry and red fruit appear with spice in this Tenerife red, which has a long, refined finish. The blend divides equally between Tintilla and Baboso Negro from ungrafted vines. After a cool maceration, each variety ferments separately with stems in open wooden vats. The two wines then mature together for one year in a foudre before bottling.
Martin’s Lane 2022 Julius Pinot Noir Riesling Co-Ferment
Canadian Red
Earth, cherry and spice accompany a fine, lively profile. This red co-ferments 90% Pinot Noir with 10% Riesling from two small Okanagan Valley blocks. Both varieties were harvested on the same day as whole clusters, followed by spontaneous carbonic fermentation and fifteen days of maceration. Five months in neutral Austrian oak completes the cellar work. The vineyard farming is Organic.

Fully ripe and textured, this bright and zesty Napa Valley white wine combines Sauvignon Blanc and Sémillon. Its mineral notes sit beside details of dried citrus and herbs. Fruit comes from two organically farmed sites: one in Oak Knoll District and the other in Yountville. Both districts lie within Napa Valley in California, United States.

Pure botrytised fruit and mineral notes meet subtle white flowers. Crisp acidity accompanies orange rind, tangerine and stem ginger, with a long finish. The blend is 65% Sémillon and 35% Sauvignon Blanc, fermented with indigenous yeasts and matured in new French oak. Organic certification, noble rot, floral freshness and exotic notes also form part of the estate's profile.

Citrus, lemon, acacia, white flowers, cold stone and hazelnut accompany a lively, vigorous character, good length and iodine notes. Old vines grow on a steep limestone slope between Les Monts de Fussey and Mainbey. After destemming and a six-hour press, native-yeast fermentation precedes twelve months in oak casks. Both the hillside site and oak ageing are part of this cuvée.
Neal Family Vineyards 2016 Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon
American Red
Maraschino cherry and Red Delicious apple sit beside savoury notes and strong tannins. Blackcurrant, plum, baked cranberry, allspice, smoked meat, thyme and black pepper are also present. Made entirely from estate-grown Cabernet Sauvignon in Napa Valley, the wine aged twenty-four months in 67% new French oak. The fruit came from vineyards certified organic. Cabernet Sauvignon is the only grape in the blend.
Clos des Vignes du Maynes 2019 Mâcon-Cruzille Aragonite
French White
An expressive, complex nose accompanies breadth, finesse and length. The Chardonnay comes from a 0.45-hectare parcel of massal-selection vines aged sixty to eighty years, rooted in shallow clay-limestone soils rich in silica and aragonite. Grapes are harvested by hand, slowly pressed and fermented with indigenous yeasts in 600-litre demi-muids, followed by ten months on lees without racking.

French White
Bright golden yellow colour accompanies toasted honey, brioche, pear and candied lemon. The palate is fresh, refined, mineral and smooth, with yellow fruit and lemon zest, followed by a long mineral finish. The blend is 65% Roussanne, 30% Grenache Blanc, 5% Marsanne and a touch of Viognier. It spent eight months in 500-litre oak demi-muids.

Bright yellow colour accompanies mineral and fresh aromas with exotic notes. The palate is lively and precise, with yellow fruit, hazelnut and freshness. The Chardonnay comes from thirty-five-year-old vines in Pattes Loup, Les Menardes and Les Malentes, planted on Kimmeridgian marl. Those three sites provide the fruit. The vineyard work is certified organic, and harvest is carried out by hand.

White flowers, citrus zest and wet stone appear with mineral tension and a saline finish. The Sauvignon Blanc comes from Les Boucauds parcels on Kimmeridgian marl and clay over limestone. Hand-harvested fruit ferments with natural yeast in stainless steel and French oak. Ageing lasts seven to eight months in stainless steel and neutral oak. The vineyards are certified organic and biodynamic.

Fresh grape aromas are joined by ripe fruit and prune in the documented profile. The palate is slightly syrupy and naturally sweet, with a smooth, full-bodied texture and no harshness. Production combines two-thirds unfermented grape juice with one-third Marc du Jura, followed by one year in old wood. Both organic and Demeter certification are recorded for this traditional fortified wine.

French Liqueur
A historic recipe combines grape juice, Marc du Jura and a touch of Fine with twenty-five East and Asian spices. The mixture is then aged in old wood for two to three years. The producer describes extraordinary complexity and an exotic character, with Indian and Asian spices woven through the flavour profile. Firm structure, tannins, organic certification and a sixteen-percent alcohol level are also recorded.
