Bright lemon, white peach and golden fig meet a cool, stony mineral note, with a subtle leesy edge adding texture. The palate is dry, brisk and light on its feet, yet rounded enough to feel composed rather than austere. Made from organically and biodynamically farmed fruit with a low-intervention approach, it is a natural partner for oysters, shellfish or simple vegetable dishes.

About Bow & Arrow
Scott Frank started Bow & Arrow in 2010, after working as a wine buyer and learning winemaking with John Paul at Cameron Winery. His winery occupies an underground cellar in northeast Portland, with fruit sourced from a small group of Willamette Valley growers.
The inspiration is the Loire Valley’s refreshing, everyday wines, and Frank works with growers willing to plant or graft the varieties he wants to make. He takes a low-intervention approach in the cellar, aiming for wines that are easy to enjoy.
