Organic cider apples are blended with Bosc and Bronze Beauty pears for a semi-sweet expression that feels fresh rather than heavy. Ripe pear and tart apple share the foreground, carried by refreshing bubbles and a lightly rustic texture. The orchard fruit is generous but balanced, giving the finish a clean, gently rounded shape. Serve chilled with pork chops, blue cheese, pear salad or an apple-and-cranberry dessert.

About Twisted Hills Craft Cider
Twisted Hills Craft Cider was established in Cawston in 2012 by Jo Schneider and Kaylan Madeira, both from farming families in the region. Their groundwork began earlier: in 2008 they planted French and English cider-apple varieties selected for their tannin and acidity.
The cidery grows its own fruit and handles pressing and labelling on the estate. The range spans apple, pear, cherry and hop-accented ciders, with certified-organic options.
