Dominion Nom de Plume Plum Cider Tall Can

Organically grown apples and Italian plums are fermented dry for a layered meeting of orchard and stone fruit. Ripe plum and darker fruit aromas lead, followed by gentle tannin and enough apple structure to keep the palate poised. Rich fruit gives depth without sacrificing freshness, and the finish remains crisp and clean. Serve chilled with roast duck, pork, charcuterie or aged cheese.

About Dominion Cider Co.
Dominion Cider Company began in Summerland in 2015, founded by university friends Mike Harris, Luke Cyca and Robin Cairns. They set out to tend orchard land, press fruit and learn through small, experimental batches. Today the cidery works with locally grown Okanagan apples, pears and other fruit, including heirloom, crab and dessert apple varieties.
Wild yeasts drive spontaneous fermentation, allowing natural variation from batch to batch. An experimental series explores barrel ageing, botanicals and additional fruit alongside the core orchard ciders. The name remembers Summerland’s Dominion Experimental Farm, whose agricultural research left the region a legacy of distinctive apple varieties.
