Lebanese White
Pale gold in colour, the wine has aromas of white peach, chamomile and flint. Quince, pear and citrus peel appear with dried herbs, honey and almond. The finish is long and savoury, with nuttiness and mineral lift. Merweh and Obeidi are cold-fermented separately with wild yeasts. The components are blended and stored briefly in stainless steel. Alcohol is eleven percent.
Marchisio Family Organic Estate 2022 Mungalat Langhe Nebbiolo
Italian Red
Intense ruby in colour, this Nebbiolo shows wild cherry, juicy plum, mature fruit, flowers, resinous herbs and mineral notes. The palate has bright acidity, balanced tannins and persistent fruit. Vines are fifteen to twenty-five years old and grow in sandy, calcareous marl. Production includes a short maceration, native fermentation and up to one year of maturation in large oak barrels. Alcohol is fourteen percent.
St Francis 2022 Sonoma County Chardonnay
American White
Green apple, juicy pear and melon appear with a background note of marzipan. The wine is refreshing and medium-bodied, with bright acidity, a silky texture and a smooth, mineral finish. Grapes come from estate vineyards in Sonoma Valley and Russian River Valley, along with selected growers in Carneros and Alexander Valley. They are picked at night or early morning, whole-cluster pressed and fermented in separate lots. Ageing lasts six months in French oak, including twenty percent new barrels.

Pale strawberry and bricky cherry in colour, this light red has floral aromas, fresh raspberry, red cherry, cherry pulp and leafy notes. The fruit lingers, while a finishing structure gives a mouthwatering element. Grolleau Noir and Cabernet Franc come from vines aged fifty to sixty years. The grapes are hand harvested, with fifty percent retained as whole clusters. Production includes fifteen days of maceration and six months of ageing in stainless steel. Alcohol is eleven and a half percent.

Canadian Rosé
Deep pink-red in colour, this savoury rosé has strawberry mojito aromas. Strawberry whip, wild strawberry, pink grapefruit, grapefruit pith, juicy watermelon and lime rind appear in the flavour profile. The wine is made entirely from Pinot Noir grown on the Naramata Bench. Hand-harvested fruit is cooled overnight, then given twenty-four to thirty-six hours of skin contact. The drained juice settles before a long, cool fermentation in stainless steel. Alcohol is thirteen and seven-tenths percent.
Rigour & Whimsy 2021 The Beast
Canadian White
Shining golden in colour, this dry orange wine has dusty crushed-rock character, tangerine and crunchy Asian pear. The texture is grippy and bitter-edged, with a closing snap. Riesling makes up seventy-five percent and Gewürztraminer twenty-five percent. Both varieties were picked on the same day, destemmed, fermented in a 300-litre stainless-steel tank and macerated on skins for four months. The wine rested for twenty-six months in older French puncheons.
BLK + BLU 2023 Blend No. 4 Shiraz Cabernet
Australian Red
Inky purple-red in colour, the wine has raspberry and cherry-candy aromas. Black raspberry, blueberry and black cherry appear with spice, mint, eucalyptus and a hint of oak. The palate is youthful and rich, with slippery tannins and balanced structure. Shiraz accounts for fifty-four percent of the blend, while Cabernet Sauvignon makes up the remaining forty-six percent. Alcohol reaches fourteen and a half percent.
Ignacio Pino Román 2024 Naranjo
Chilean White
Hay, orange blossom, citrus, dried apricot, yellow rose and dried herbs appear in this skin-macerated wine. It is dry and medium-bodied, with floral and citrus flavours, medium acidity, a bitter edge and a herbal finish. Made entirely from Muscat of Alexandria, the wine contains twelve and a half percent alcohol. The grapes come from Chile's Itata Valley.

Fresh red and blue fruit appears with a savoury undertone. The texture is silky, with moderate tannins and a touch of dryness. Sangiovese makes up eighty percent of the blend, with ten percent each Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon. Fermentation lasts fourteen to eighteen days in concrete tanks. The wine then spends twelve months in 500-litre barrels.

Deep red cherry and spice define the profile, with a velvety texture and a very long finish. The Pinot Noir comes from Dijon clones 114, 115 and 667 at Johan Vineyard. The grapes are certified biodynamic and regeneratively farmed. Forty percent is whole cluster and sixty percent is destemmed. Élevage takes place in neutral 500-litre puncheons and 225-litre barriques.

This lightly sparkling red sits between red and rosé in style. One week of skin maceration precedes ageing in stainless steel. Red and dark berries appear with mulberry, pomegranate, ripe strawberry and hibiscus. The texture is prickly and snappy, with light tannins and a short finish. The wine comes from Lazio, Italy, and contains twelve percent alcohol.

Bright citrus, lemon zest and peach form the aromatic profile. Bartlett pear, lemon curd, white flowers and baking spices appear on the palate, which is full-bodied, rich and weighty, with integrated acidity. Half of the wine ferments in French oak barrels and half in stainless steel, with some malolactic fermentation. Ageing lasts fourteen months, using ten percent new French oak. Vinification takes place in stainless steel and open barrels for about thirty days, with little pumping over, followed by roughly five months in used wood and fifteen months in tank.
