Vinification includes two weeks of maceration in temperature-controlled stainless steel with regular cap work. A portion matures in oak, while the balance remains in tank before bottling.

Pinot Noir from Germany’s Rheingau gives a dry red with thirteen-and-a-half percent alcohol. The estate cultivates its own classified vineyards in Erbach, Hattenheim and Kiedrich and does not buy grapes or must. Within the castle-wine range, the style has a medium body, radiant fruit, clarity and depth. The wines are bottled from the historic cellar at Erbach.

Made entirely from Pinot Noir, this dry rosé is medium-bodied and unoaked. The wine comes from the Similkameen Valley in British Columbia, Canada, and carries 13.8 percent alcohol. A screwcap closes the bottle. Harvest in Cawston began two weeks later than usual after a slow, cool start to the growing season. The winery's aromatic whites and rosés from that season show bright, mineral-driven profiles with above-average fruit intensity.

Morello cherry, raspberry and rhubarb appear with dried thyme, cranberry acidity and savoury spice. The palate is juicy, with fine sticky tannins and texture from concrete. Pinot Noir came from four Okanagan sites in Kelowna, Naramata, Summerland and Oliver. Thirty percent whole clusters underwent native fermentation in concrete and large neutral oak, followed by ten months of rest before bottling without fining or filtration.

Medium fluorescent pink colour accompanies bright red cherry, strawberry and watermelon. The bone-dry palate is zesty and concentrated, with a creamy texture and cranberry acidity. Pinot Noir from Garnet Valley received three hours of skin contact. The crop yielded two tons per acre. The wine comes from Summerland Bench in the Okanagan Valley, with freshness throughout and a hint of smoke in the finish.

Vivid pink colour accompanies white chocolate, strawberry, cherry, watermelon and chamomile blossom. The palate is juicy and balanced, with ripe berry flavours, floral lift, tart refreshing acidity and a lingering soft finish. Pinot Noir fruit came from the Willamette Valley in Oregon through a partnership with growers there. The dry, light-bodied style also carries raspberry and citrus notes. The wine was crafted in British Columbia.

The small project was officially launched that year, following its first wines made under another winery's licence. Its founding approach centred on natural wine from organically and biodynamically farmed grapes sourced within British Columbia. The label's guiding principles included supporting local organic growers, natural fermentation and small-batch production.

Red cherry, rose petal, forest floor, leaf litter and vanilla appear with fine, rounded tannins and lively acidity. Dried herbs and white pepper are also present. Pinot Noir fruit comes from Keremeos, Lion's Head and Monte Creek vineyards. The wine spends ten months in French-oak barriques, and fifteen percent of the barrels are new. Alcohol is 13 percent.

Cherry and redcurrant accompany liquorice and rose petal. The palate is full, with tannins and toast. Pinot Noir and Gamay come from clay-limestone sites. The grapes undergo sixteen to eighteen days of maceration in temperature-controlled stainless steel. Eighty-five to ninety percent of the wine matures in tank, while ten to fifteen percent matures in oak, for nine to eleven months.

The cuvée is made entirely from Pinot Noir grown in the cool Sonoma Coast, including selected vineyards in western Carneros and the Petaluma Gap. Large neutral oak casks and older French barrels are used, with restrained new-oak flavour and lively acidity through the finish.

This red from Val de Loire is made entirely from Pinot Noir. Light black-fruit notes appear in a supple profile that is both ample and light. Alcohol is 11.5 percent. The release received a silver medal at the Sakura Awards. The range focuses on AOP and IGP wines from the Centre-Loire, with carefully selected berries used to express each grape variety.
Cave de Chautagne 2022 Pinot Noir Vieilles Vignes

Very ripe cherry appears in this Savoie Pinot Noir. The palate is fleshy and persistent. Fermentation proceeds without added sulphites, and maturation takes place in tank. The old-vine release comprises seven thousand bottles. It is a still red; the suggested service temperature is sixteen to eighteen degrees Celsius, and the suggested drinking window spans four calendar years.

Its aluminum bottle is shatterproof, infinitely recyclable and eighty percent lighter than glass. The bottle has a lined interior, and the package does not alter the wine's flavour.

Deep coral colour comes from twelve hours of skin contact with Pinot Noir. Half of the wine ferments in neutral French oak barrels and half in stainless-steel vats. Fruit comes from vineyard sites in Okanagan Falls, Penticton, Kaleden and Naramata. Alcohol is listed at 13.8 percent, with acidity of 6.3 grams per litre and residual sugar below two grams per litre.
JoieFarm 2024 Pacific Northwest Rosé

Made entirely from Pinot Noir, the fruit was picked early, settled and racked before fermentation in stainless steel tanks. The dry profile brings wild strawberry, rose and thyme, with grapefruit, lemon zest and cherry pie. Creamy texture, lively acidity and a mineral note accompany the fruit. Alcohol is twelve-point-two percent, with residual sugar of one-point-four-one grams per litre.

Ripe black cherry, raspberry, violets, tea leaf, wet clay and vanilla appear with earthy, umami character. The palate is juicy, with a silky texture and a black-tea-spiced finish. Pinot Noir from Shuttleworth Creek Vineyard combines Dijon and Pommard clones. The vineyard is in Okanagan Falls, within the Okanagan Valley. The wine spent twelve months in 300-litre French oak barrels, sixteen percent of them new.

Strawberry, watermelon and red fruit appear in a light pink-orange wine. The texture is creamy, with balanced acidity, a clean finish and subtle mineral notes. Merlot, Shiraz and Pinot Noir make up the blend. The fruit came from Petaluma Gap in California. This release joined the Reserve Series as the winery's replacement rosé for the season.
Gustave Lorentz 2020 Le Rosé Pinot Noir
French Rosé
Delicately fruity, light and fresh, with cherry, raspberry and blackberry flavours alongside soft tannins. Pinot Noir grows on hillsides around Bergheim, where clay-and-limestone soils predominate. The fruit is destemmed before a short maceration to draw colour, then the juice settles for twelve to twenty-four hours. Alcoholic fermentation lasts three to four weeks, and the finished wine is dry and unoaked.
Arrowleaf Cellars 2022 Pinot Noir

Raspberry, dark cherry, cedar and rose petal combine with leather and earth. The mid-palate is rich, with smooth tannins and a long finish. Fruit came from four Okanagan vineyards in Lake Country and Summerland. Separate batches fermented with different yeast strains. The wine spent nine months in French oak, twenty percent new, before blending and bottling at thirteen-point-eight percent alcohol.

Sour cherry and strawberry meet spice and a lightly earthy Pinot character. The palate is light, with restrained tannins and subtle acidity. Pinot Noir and Zweigelt form the blend. The grapes ferment spontaneously, and the wine matures in large neutral oak. It comes from Sopron, is bottled at twelve percent alcohol and carries organic certification under AT-BIO-402.
Domaine Roc de l’Abbaye 2022 Sancerre Rouge 375 mL

Peony-red in colour, the wine brings violets, rose, blueberry, blackberry and black pepper. Strawberry and raspberry are also present. The texture is supple, with firm, fine tannins and a fresh, persistent finish. Pinot Noir comes from twenty- to forty-five-year-old vines rooted in silex. The fruit was fully destemmed and macerated for about three weeks with pumping over and punch-downs.

Dark cherry and baked plum appear with smoky notes and vanilla. Sour cherry, fresh black cherry and herbs are also present, together with red and black fruit, cep and truffle. The wine is dry and made entirely from Pinot Noir grown in Marlborough. Alcohol is 13 percent. The exact release is identified as certified organic, sustainably produced and vegan, and it is bottled under screw cap.
