Made entirely from Pinot Noir, this dry rosé is medium-bodied and unoaked. The wine comes from the Similkameen Valley in British Columbia, Canada, and carries 13.8 percent alcohol. A screwcap closes the bottle. Harvest in Cawston began two weeks later than usual after a slow, cool start to the growing season. The winery’s aromatic whites and rosés from that season show bright, mineral-driven profiles with above-average fruit intensity.
